Asunto: Junior Scotland Training Project
Level of coach does metter, and You cant say for sure how much. In sokker not everything is told in official rules and its fine for me, without it this game it wouldnt be such fun. and I'm going to check now unerthy coach in my YS, does it bring any difference, how I checked many things before by myself... of course luck is also very important, but I like this emotions on tuesdays when I'm pulling out new juniors, you never know what's you gonna get :)

Yes, luck is part of it all.
But having an unearthly coach with the highest possible skills and wage gives you a boost when the time comes for your team to get a superstar.
Decimals matter, other things too.
You can easily have unearthly but get terrible pulls for two years in a raw. It does happen.
Even mediocre pulls can be national team players if they are young like 16 or 17 and if they are trained correctly.
I can give examples from the national team of Greece.
But having an unearthly coach with the highest possible skills and wage gives you a boost when the time comes for your team to get a superstar.

After playing this game for 13 years , I can categorically state that I do not believe an unearthly coach gives you better youth players
If that was the case , can you imagine how many better players I'd have ??
The youth system is seriously broken , they changed it years ago and I don't know why as it was miles better then

I like your thinking, its common that the players who weren't the best often get better with good training and that leads to a good player.

I don't understand why you are giving me sarcasm.Its evident that you need luck and thats whats fun about this game as there are variation of different levels of players that you work on.Its easy to critic someone when getting to a good place is much harder.I know that looking at both mine and Micheals team in Scotland they would be in a much lower rank if we didnt work on them.How come me and Micheal got 11 votes ? if you can do better then you should have chosen other people.You have to have a positive mind set.Gentlemen, lets focus on the game rather than critic it.

Sorry I was just having a laugh with Stevie showing him that my juniors are as bad as his. I forgot this was a no banter zone. I am not criticising anyone.
Anyway I thought we were just discussing the level of the junior coach? Not the actual training of the players. I am interested to hear results of what juniors you might get with an unearthly junior coach compared to someone with a magical junior coach like me. Because I do not believe there would be much difference.
And of course I want to help. That is why I have a junior school. Every now and again I get a decent player. If it is a striker I would normally keep & train and if it was a def or mid I would sell. It's not rocket science. And if I see a good striker trainee I will try & buy him but recently there has been no-one on the transfer market which is unfortunate.

Yes, this topic is about training at all. Its not a rocket since, but still we all can do better and help eachother.

Both JM and I have been here a very , very long time and when we talk about levels of players from youth schools or coaches it's because we really know 100% what we are talking about .
