Since I've started making selection of only 16-17yo with magical trainer it's been a while without any proper junior but now I think it's gonna change. Brodie Knox should be outstanding or 1 level more and after him almost every week I should have junior at least with potential.

My rules are simple:
- magical trainer in YS to get best juniors possible and fully develop their talent;
- I keep only 16-17yo juniors with maximum age of exit 18yo, or if high talent early 19yo;
- I keep juniors only if they jump every 4 weeks;
- I let them play in junior league to let trainer judge theirs current level.

For example: Brodie Knox was on level 2 at the beggining age 16. 2 seasons age I would sacked him and I would prefer for example 18yo at level 8. But it would be a mistake as 20yo junior even magical is basically worthless and 18 outstanding with good set of skills can be a fortune.

It took me some time to figure it out altought it seems to be obvious, but it is what it is. Now I think I'm gonna have results from proper actions.
I hope guys You gonna read this and it will help a little. We have currently lack of good juniors from youth schools. Peter is doing everything he can but he can do nothing without material. Please appreciate his work and help him at least with this. I know it's only a game and maybe it's not worth posts like this, but as already we all playing... Think about this, it will help our national teams and for sure your league teams.

Their is a big chance that we will have a normal goalkeeper for now Stevie is training speed while Socata is training keepers.It took me a while to find a person who can train our goalkeepers,i think this formation isn't going to cause a weaker group.

trainer U21, what do you think??

In general it looks good.I don't keep players from age 19 in the junior school unless its the beginning of the season.You have a good trainer but remember that this type of trainers takes a lot of money.Try to keep in budget or it will lead to bankruptcy.Im glad you ask about my opinion as it helps build up Scotland.
