Asunto: World Cup Qualifications

Thanks for your votes and choosing me again for your NT coach. I won 15-2 that's mean You all see what me and Piotr do here and You apprieciete this. This is long than project and we starting to see nice results in our U21 NT, our senior team have to wait for players from this junior teams.

Anyway every two season we play in World Cup Qualifications. This season we have group like this:

1. Bulgaria 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
2. Bosna i Hercegovina 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
3. Scotland 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
4. Cymru 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
5. Cameroun 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
6. Honduras 0 0 0 0 0-0 0

Our strikers. If we have at least one decent striker with form I would be very optimistic, but we have the biggest issues in this formation.

Billy Spalding - highest skills right now, but since I remember his form is on level 0, max was I think 5.

Eusebio McAuley - also high skills, but little worse than Billy, form is a big issue for him as well. but now it's rising, maybe maybe it will get high. our player for first squad now.

Henry MacRitchie - first squad player, form very average, usually 8-12, could have higher technique, with Bulgaria and Bosnia he will have problems with defenders because of that.

Jake MacAllister - lack in technique, usually he has high form but now it's dramatic

Andrew Will - player from my team, our best prospect. although now his skills are not enough for now, seems to have some kind of talent to score almost in every game. always in best form. I may use him sometimes, even with strongest teams. Should be superstar in next qualifications.

Our midlfilders are all about levels 15-16 in mid skills, so I think they are avarage comparing to bulgaria and bosnia mids. But they usually play well and they can deliver good ball for our strikers, with weaker teams in our group they will be more than enough and with two strongest they also will create some situations. This formation is not bad for sure.

Our defenders... Center defs with superb pace and def skills, could be better in secondary skills - tech, playmaking, passing.
Def on sides - I like to play in this formation with players with hish secondary skills, almost mids, I think that gives a lot for playmaking of whole team. Bowie and May are very satisfiting for me.
Generaly defs I would compare to our mids, not bad, quite good. For sure enough for weaker teams, maybe good for two strongest.

Our keeper - Jason Bowman, superb pace and keeper and high, I'm pleased with him, because he keeps form as well. Only passing look sometimes ridiculous. But You cant have everything ;)

Summarry:

We have stronger team than in last qualification. With a little luck, with high forms of our players exspecially strikers and me doing well with tactic, we have chance to qualify. Matches can be very interesting and it would be great if You will watch it with me and comment.

Hey, was there another candidate? I missed that.

I am really really happy Bowman was not lost. He started playing for the Ntu21 very young same as Eusebio 18+17 respectively if I remember well.

Bowie and MacAllister were youth Supetstars and I am happy they are still good, a shame Jake still has low technique.

Bowie is just great, most valuable player from field. Jake technique is only 15 :( not enough for teams like Bulgaria..

If Bownman had passing would be ideal...

very close today with bosnia. after abou 5 easnos I see hope to improve. eusebio and spalding got form, eion its gettin much better, now he is his gonna play each game. plus mcrorry as defmid, and new keeper mckenzie. they all are young and will get optimum skills in 2 seasons. | promise You qualify in next WCQ
Scotland is growing, each season from now should be better. Please support us, many clubs do this, others - please come to us and train Scotish polayers.

I think soon we will be competetive to strongest teams in sokker.

I suggest watch todays game, for me it was supperb, altought 0-1 its still lost.

Bulgaria - Scotland 0:1

Biggest win in my NT carrer. This is the moment when I'm sure our senior team gonna be much better each season.

In this qualifications we made very big progress, many players which are still young and will progress with their skills occured.

They are already on great level, and most of them will be better in next seasons. Plus - Piotr have many great players, so in next seaons many strong players will come to first team.

I'm very happy because I see that our work already give results and future I see in bright colors.
This qualifications wasnt succuesful, but the end is just great. Our players made extra progress just in one season, thats why.

In next new seaons, my goals are to win again Mini World Cup and get good result in EuroU27. And in next season goal will be to qualify to World Cup.

I"m very happy with this result, because for me it isn't suprise, I was expecting this.

I hope guys that You see our effort, we are very happy that's many of You help us with this.

That's the end of this qualification. We didint qualify but anyway I'm very happy, because during this qualification we made BIG progres. Revenge round was fenomenal, because our young players made mega progres and few of them got extra form. In this round we got big win with Bulgaria and very close game with Bosnia. In general we won 4 games and lost only 1. Last game notes was almost 78. Superb!!

What's more we have young team, so next seasons can be only better.

Adam Mackenzie, Eoin Stewart, Andrew Will, Frank MacMonies - 23 years old
Richard MacQuistan - 24 yo
Alexander Dallas, Charles May, Eusebio McAuley, Billy Spalding - 25 yo
Bruce MacRory - 26yo

They all are first team players and looking at their age You can see their can be better each seasons, plus they have graet managers, whit I'm in conntact and they train well.

Others:

Andy Bowie, Jason Bowman, Murray Keith, Samuel Mackenzie, Russell Dailly, Jake MacAllister, Dennis Fullerton, and few more...
They still are not old and they will be our strenght in future few seasons.

Plus:
Piotr have many great players in his U21 team, also because of You Scotish users ( you are doing great job with juniors schools and more and more of You train your players), and each season many more great players will come to first team.

Conclusion is very possitive:

After very poor seasons, when I didnt have good players to play, situation began to be much better, and will be better each seasons.

In next qualifications my obligation is to qualify to World Cup. And in next season I'm going to try once again win Mini World Cup, and play well in Euro27.

Micheal the partnership is working so well, the scores can be a bit better, but we are on the good tract of changing that. i think the Scottish society can see the hard work, which is not so visible. I think we are on the last stretch in order to be successful. I hope next season we will be also be working hard together alone side the Scottish society.
It's nice to see the players that used to be in my team, which now have bigger impact on the your team now.

Plus information for Stevie] - Frank MacMonies, you see he is playing now in some games, he just had to made progres, before was to young yet to play in first national team.

that argue with me wasnt neccessary, I tried to show You that I play best players possible. You sold him, he made progres and I play him. but only because he made progres, not because he is not your player.

I hope You will undarstand it that I dont have anything against You.

My only goal is to develop Scotish sokker in general, and make success on a big stage, althought we are very little as a nation here in sokker.

I undarstand that in our argue maybe few words that wasnt neccesery was written also on my side, so I dont have problem to write sorry for that.
I ask You to join to our project again as we all can see it bring very good results.

Hi guys, I wanted to ask if the 2 of you started together, and when?

I know all but 3 players Michael mentioned and I have to say a lot of them were saved from oblivion because they were methodically scouted and called in Nt games when they were u21. This gave them experience, a very important attribute in sokker.

I have expressed my concern about scouting players and adding players to ntdb in the past, 2 times a season is necessary in my opinion, it might save 1-2 players and we cannot afford to lose even one.
Nt managers are volunteers, but they are voted, so please be transparent about everything.


Also, tactically I am the worse, but I have seen how mediocre teams win games against stronger opposition, with tactics, I am not convinced that tactics are Michael's strongest asset, so if you are going to be nt manager next season, maybe ask for help, to improve your chances of winning games.

I am playing casually, I will not look for Nt results unless they are posted, so please keep posting, see it as keeping a calendar for the team, it will help you as well.

just few last matches in second half of this season. with big gaps in notes in minus for me, and with matches won or drawn by me. if its not because of good tactic, so what?? all lucky??

About tactics you could be right but only before(and it was caused in part because we had big gap in quality of our players, and me looking in better future), now I fixed a lot and it looks really fine, did You watch any of my last game???
for example I won with 7th team of Sokker - Bulgaria. Do You think its only luck?? how do you see this game??
what suggestion do You have in that case, what in your opinion I'm doing bad, please write here I'm open for suggestions.

With Piotr we are everyday in contact, we develop out tactics, and of course we are updating players, why do You think we dont do this, do You have any information, from where??
Scouting?? we have so little amount of players that we really dont need scout, we have eye of each player whit no no problem.

dont be affraid, now all games will be posted, before it wasnt neccessary as we didint have players, as I mentioned before good Times comes for Scotland:)
And my queston for You, would You give at least one post if me and Piotr would give our effort and time to prepare that posts??:) because now we get almost no responses:) not very big motivation to do this belive me:)

and my suggestion about your club. You mentioned that you train ONLY one goalkeeper. In rules You have written that giving player 2 trainings in one week gives only minimum plus to his training overall. its worth to think about trainijng second goalkeeper and give twice big favor for our NT teams.

and to add

plan for next season is to get at least 31th place in ranking and start next qualifications from better possition, to be in second... (f..k I forgot word;)) You know what I mean

and, aha, do You see any player that we missed??? if yes please inform us, its very important of course. as small nation we can afford to miss players

once again I reapeat we made extra progress just in this one season, thats why results from first half of season are so different than from second. I'm happy about that because to be sincere I was waiting for this 5 seasons.

only in my first and second season I had stars in my team, and I won Mini World Cup with them, and I won with Argentina which in next season was a World Champion.

After this two seasons players was getting worse and worse each season, and me and Piotr couldnt do nothing about this. We can only start our Junior Training Project which of fruits we have now:)
Piotr and I, ...we are happy about this, we waited so long for that, waited and worked for this:)
