Stats for Scotland :

1 new user joined the game in the last 12 months/3.5 seasons.

The number of active teams is probably 15 at the moment, there will be a more clear way to know at the end of the season clearance.

It would be great if we could even get another 5 new users to join and stay

For the first time in years, minor changes are happening here and there by the devs.
Transfer limits, fixing the arcade bug, the junior league no relegation bug, etc.
Also, huge steps against vpn, proxy users.

Other things like league merging and tactics viewer will take time.
