Btw, some of them are already NT players thus we can imagine their level a bit ;-)

I would have prefered a better 4th seeding ranking team in the group, so that it would not be as direct a race with Argentina and Belgium (hoped They had a draw or loss and we not)... i do though Think 2nd place is possible.

Current manager is Lipa91 have been selected for 4 seasons and in his second season, België won Bronze Cup in WC. 

Last WC, at first match against Sverige, Belgie played 5-2-1(winger)-2(strikers) tactic, and they won easily 5-0. Because of that Sverige played just with 4 defenders in this match - if i were manager of a team who plays in WC i never would use 4 def, must play with 5 def maybe can add +1 libero front of them. After all Belgie didn't use any tactic2 for this match, Sverige's tactic mentallity gave this match to them.

At the second match against Osterreich, Belgie played with same tactic (only change side winger), they won 4-1. Belgie has really good winger, he ruined Osterreich defense, despite Osterreich played with 5 defenders. Also Belgies used another (second) winger instead of first winger at the second half. He also ruined too. After this match i thought Belgie is good team with winger tactic they always scoring +4 but we will see good counter tactic for the next rounds.

At the third match against Hellas, Belgie played with same tactic like M2, they won 4-1. Belgie just play with the same tactic all of group matches and they qualifed Q16 easily. At this match only changed winger player, and old winger player played as libero on the middle. This means they have really good midfields and also have good strikers cause they did score 13 goals in 3 matches.

At the R16 match against Azerabaycan, Belgie didnt't use tactic what gets good results. Belgie played 5-2-3(strikers) and get won. Those 2 tactics, winger and none winger their bests. Also they are using lots of difference midlefields in WC. But until 81.minutes Azerbaycan was winning and they were some countered to thise best. I like it. If i would play against Belgie i have wanted to try this Azerbaycan's tactic.

At the Quarterfinals match against Schweiz, Belgie used again winger tactic what had been used on group stage. They get lose from this match 3-2. But, until 72. minutes they were winning and after 72 and 75 Belgie defend got 2 red cards. After this match be 9vs11 and it's definetly lose for them. This match again prooved us winger tactic would promote them to semifinals if they wouldn't got 2 unlucky reds. With this match Belgie eliminated in WC.

After WC, they played 7 friendlys until today. They won easily with winger tactic against, Espana, Bosna, Sverige and Ireland.

Against Netherland, they get lost 0-1. They played 5-3-1(winger)-1(striker) tactic and couldn't any scores against strongs Netharland's defenders. If they would 2 strikers they didnt lose this game imo. We saw on WC, their attackers really good and we need to make meausre for them.

Against Polska, Belgie get lose 0-1. Belgie's defenders was placed so back then the others matches. And Polska's strikers couldn't make score, Belgie's own goal. They did good defence behaviour against very strong opposite. Also Belgie's wonderful winger and strikers couldn't score against strong Polska defenders. Belgie's midlefields again changed. They have really good midlefield rotation.

Last match against Portugal, don't need to talk so much imo. Because Belgie played with 4 defenders and if you play with 4 def you will get lose anyway on this high level.

Lipa91 won't be NT manager for them, he hasn't been candidiate yet.

I personally know the trainer of Belgium and because he plays with one setting doesn't mean its the same tactic. He is tired of representing and coaching Belgium that's why he doesn't engage as much anymore. I also have identical tactics but they are not the same. Best thing to have is a goal and reach it.

Yes, when u got best tactic for your team you don't need change so much things, only position of def and side of winger ext.

I try to hide things but every tactic needs to be made with what you play and what players you have. The rest is my secret. If you want to see some of my tactics then they are in my tactic NT Scotland in which steve currently has access to. They were created with the old selector.If you win than you will have them.Some of the tactics i use to this day in my team.
