Asunto: [NT] Timcook

Dear Scottish,

I'm Timcook (Luca), 5 years playing sokker.
I'm honored to be candidate as Scotland NT coach.

At the moment I'm a scout of the ITALY DB, this experience has been going on for several years. In really, in last season both Italy and Ghana (under Marchesi Ciro coach NT) too.
This is my first candidate as Coach NT.
I'm on the staff with Atletico Drago Italy NT coach in charge and before as Bosna NT coach.

I've read any bad news regarding Scotland in last season, and i'm sorry for that.
I will see what I can do with NT, no promise, but i think positive.
My first step and target: it's to rebuild NT DB.
For this reason please if you trust me and you will vote me consider 4 season minimum for my project scheduling, as below explained:
firstly 2 season need to rebuild NTDB
other 2 season improve the ranking and play final stage of the World cup

I'll be honest, I need every bit of help I can get, as only a scount NT DB or other.

Of course, if you have any question....
Don't ask me why I chose Scotland, I will answer I love Scotland, for my pieces of life in this wonderful land.

Steff has rebuilt the NTdb, so not sure what you mean about the first 2 seasons.

Being NT manager in Scotland can be a very lonely adventure.

Have you contacted our u21 nt to see if you have common ideas, etc?

Last season was very game changing here because 40% of teams were banned.

I will see condition of the NTDB, but the DB it's an hard work, in little comunity, you are in continue work.
I have not contact him, i will do after election.

As I say every time, I support people who built things.

When the previous manager realised he would be banned, he deleted the ntdb.

I think, in Scotland, we need a manager for 3-4 seasons that has the ability to leave a paved way for the next manager whenever that is.

As already said I was proposing my nomination, only to help the Scotland community. At today we are 5 candidates, I think that this community has a good choice, and not more need of my nomination.
In really in this day I contacted StefNihon in skmail for asking him to candidate, he had done more for this community, and for me he was a better coach for Scotland after all work done.

I want to underline that my withdrawal is only as a candidate a coach, and I want support future NT coach, if he need and/or NTDB (as per Italy, I think it's better have two different entities for guarantee a NTDB always updated not connected to the coach of the moment).

The thing that made me decide is that the candidates has good intentions and an excellent experience to lead Scotland to great successes.
I would have been very happy and honored to lead this nation, but I love it too much and I want the best for it.
