I think there is always space for improving and all oponnents are different (but I dont suggest to use a new tactic in each match)

I think that if the match is repeated, scotland has the full team and Ceska plays with 11 players (10 from min 10), for sure ceska will win again. Maybe 6 - 2 to be more fair. And I dont think it is because os ceska strength, but because theis strikers can easy be 1 or 2 againts your GK. Actually ur GK saves you couple of times

After two convincing victories, we now face England in A team match, before u/27 EC....... the honour is very highly at stake this saturday :)

You should play with teams next to each other in the ranking to strengthen it.. Even if you win matches, you lose in the ranking. You've been ranked 33 since the season started. Neither are you playing younger players, I don't see the point in playing friendly ones where the opponent is much weaker :-)

So we had a 1-1 vs england.... the game could have gone both ways, but it feels sore that it was an awkward backpass they scored on.... it was a thrilling match with chances in both ends.

Allen, MacNeill, Huntly, Howie, Dunlop, Sinclair, MacMaster, MacSweeney, MacLehose.....

also... if win with big ciffers matter more to ranking, then small ciffers against same opponent..... the match against makedonija gave 20 ranking points almost cause the huge victory...

Also we were 36 when i took over, we have only climbed on position, but the gap up to the holy 32 place is much smaller..... there was around 200 ranking points up when i started the campaign, before tomorrow update only 50

Yes, but if you play with a team near you, this team's ranking points drop automatically, and you gain - if you win of course.
My approach to it is different, I don't know - I would just do it differently. I want to start here next season because I can see the potential of this team. I know you won't be happy with this news but this NT needs change and freshness :-)

Indeed the team has potential. Thats also why i finished above Belgium and got to the WC first season and second season finish 7th in EC, with wins over Italy, Portugal and France....... You do know that i wasnt in charge last season? If you wanna run, go ahead, but i know i did a good job here.

The preparations on tactic for the ECu27 has begun, and im starting to make tactic and analyze on first oppopent, France.... if we wanna go to the top bracket, we need a good start, as i see France as our biggest rivals to 2nd place, and Deutchland as the main favourite in the group...... Belgium is not on their brighest days, but we cannot underestimate them, as they also are favourites in a match vs us in strength of players.....

Everything is more or less set tactically wise for saturday vs France.... it will be a two tactic match, where tactics will be switched if x result at x time....... the last thing i need to do is, to check form on players thursday, as very very very many of our players are around 9-14 in form, which means there can be some changes at last form update

I hope everyone will tune in for the U/27 EC, as it is the highlight of the season
