Scotland - El Salvador 1:0

Very tough match, hard fought... lots of fouls. But this fight is for Scotland! A lot of misplaced passes today, we could have had a lot more situations and maybe goals if our midfielders had passed more accurately.
We had a very big problem in defence with the El Salvador player - Camilo Montaner [36719053]. Not once did we take the ball away from him, he did what he wanted and in the 46th minute he came off the pitch... this was definitely a big mistake by El Salvador's manager. I'm happy and can inform everyone that we have one foot in the World Cup!!

edit: and I must mention one thing... this is our 3rd game where we haven't lost a goal!

This week is again a very important game..... some would give younger players a chance and try and showboat . if Vietnam decide to shock Italy would put us in the poo.. ;)

be respectful and get the job done... If Vietnam shock Italy then so can we :P

With all due respect to Vietnam... it will not happen. Italy are well prepared in every match, they have a very large selection of players and could play a different line-up in every match :-)

This week we play a friendly against Panama. I am still waiting for this match to be accepted :-)

I ignored the first match and the worst thing happened. In the second we were much better and the score should have been much higher ;p

However, I think that taking first place will be impossible .....

Match against Panama accepted. The rival this season, as in the previous one, has been doing superbly... only one match lost and that was against a top-class rival - Poland. After this match, I hope we will join Poland... ;p
