The match against the Netherlands is tomorrow, another midfielder got injured on wednesday - Zico Raith [36898126].
So for this match we have a big problem in midfield. However, I hope that we will get a good result.

Scotland - Nederland 2:1

I misplaced the defence... I expected De Generaal to line up his winger on the right side as he usually did. He positioned on the left side and we had a lot of stress during this match.
Had it not been for the poor positioning of our defenders I believe the Netherlands would not have had even one situation in this match.
We won the match but in my opinion in bad style. We won 3rd place in the second division of the U27 tournament. As they say, a small victory is still a victory... :)

Scotland - France

I must admit that I like playing against better opponents. I get more involved in such matches and try to find the weakest side of the opponent.
The France coach is a very experienced user who has been playing since 2009. He finished the World Cup in the 1st round where he lost to current World Champion - Hellas.
France's community is at a very high level, they are currently ranked 12th, so this will be a super opponent to test your abilities.
Keep your fingers crossed for Scotland! This is our last game of the season! :-)

I hope that over the next two seasons we will move up the ranks and score another 200 points :-)

Group A

This is what the World Cup qualifying group looks like. Let me start by saying that I am very happy with our group.
I know it will not be an easy road to the World Cup. Every point will weigh a lot here, so we have to definitely improve on our result from the previous qualifiers.
Get to know our group rivals:

România - 8th place in the ranking. 5-time World Champion. Definitely the strongest team in our group and favourite for 1st place.
Bolivia - 41th place in the ranking. They played at the World Cup last season. So this is not a team to be taken lightly.
Lëtzebuerg - 66th place in the ranking. A curiosity! The current coach of this team leads this team since 2011!!!
Severna Makedonija - 79th place in the ranking. Another interesting team.
Sakartvelo - 91th place in the ranking. We played a friendly match against them last season. We managed to win and I hope to repeat the result.

Scotland - France 4:3

A minute's silence for those who did not watch this match.
I didn't even have such emotions at the World Cup (maybe because I lost almost all the matches :P)
61' 0:1 for France, 72' and 82' and we have 2:1 for Scotland! Almost the last minute of the match and a penalty for France - 2:2!
Extra time brought us a lot of luck in this match. We score in the 120' to give us a 4:3 victory over France. WHAT A MATCH!
We had a lot of missed opportunities as well as the opponent. However, we took better advantage of the pitch conditions and we won the match!
