Asunto: u21 campaign

we have a Friendly on Friday vs Jamaica and will be looking to change it a bit again.. keep me updated as you always do with form and pops and hopefully we can mix training with rankings ;)

scrappy 0-0 draw... soooo disappointed with one of my 20 yr old strikers :( .... defence and keeper were pretty solid but still room for improvement... showed too much respect to their 21 yr olds but room for improvement ;)

keep up the brilliant training and we build and move on ;)

49.2 rating for a U20 side who started with 4 19 yr olds....... for a nation with 21 users is so good, it is amazing how well you all train for both U21 and NT..
Please keep me updated with our young talent and help us build as we are ;)

today we have a friendly vs Iran u21s.... trying out something different but also looking to see players take their chance ;)

Hi all hope you all had a great new year and are all fighting fit for this campaign :P

this week we are again U20 vs Cameroon... they can play who they want... as i have said before , will be tweaking the formation a bit and making some changes... i have some defenders i want to introduce in the next few weeks as young and a lot of potential ( thank you!! )
please keep up the good work as always and if you need to say something please do... ;)

ok was a stress free win last week ;)

This week we are U20 vs Honduras U21... they will be playing their U21 side so will be more challenging for our youngsters ;)

as always... let me know of pops on thursday and hopefully we can hold our own... i am looking to build a squad for next qualifiers and hope you guys support that too ;) good luck and thank you all for the hard work :P

i have a few defender trainers who are doing magnificently , i have 1 maybe 2 who are looking after midfield.... i and another couple of striker trainers are looking after ATT.....
For the number of users we have we are Overachieving by miles in my opinion ..... but could be so much better

we will be VS Honduras U21 .... we are U20/19 so will be interesting to see how we do ;) they have a striker at nearly £600k so will be good to see how we play against them ;)
we will keep building as the big games are next season :P

sorry guys was a good performance by our young squad but not good enough... i am trying to build towards a strong squad for the next campaign and i believe we are getting there ;)
I know we need some results to get up the rankings but i also have faith in the training you all do and the players we have :)

does everyone have access to secret forum? i am looking for a more personal plan for our younger players and what you all have in mind?
whether you are big on training.. who your stars ( jacob ramsey for me!! ) really are ... how you plan to get the best out of them , and get involved with me to train them to be the best...

i am already really impressed with the work you all do.... but lets go one better and push this game as far as we can... only 2 outcomes..... we have superstars or legends we enjoy playing or we make ££££££££££££
i cant wait to see superstars and you all getting involved to get the best out of you players....

This week we played the Philippines U21.. our squad was again all under 20 and we played with a squad with an average of 19.3
The Philippines played with a squad age of 20 with a 21 yr old striker with a good rating... and a few 21 yr olds
We played with 7 20 yr olds......2 19yr olds ....1 18 yr old and 1 17 yr old....

i am trying to build for next season and i hope you agree we are going in the right direction... all your training is much appreciated and i hope you all see me as the person going forward in this project :P

please all get involved and all get behind me and our U21s :P
