Asunto: u21 campaign

This week we played the Philippines U21.. our squad was again all under 20 and we played with a squad with an average of 19.3
The Philippines played with a squad age of 20 with a 21 yr old striker with a good rating... and a few 21 yr olds
We played with 7 20 yr olds......2 19yr olds ....1 18 yr old and 1 17 yr old....

i am trying to build for next season and i hope you agree we are going in the right direction... all your training is much appreciated and i hope you all see me as the person going forward in this project :P

please all get involved and all get behind me and our U21s :P

This week we are playing Malaysia U21s.. they can play whoever they want and we will be U20 as always this campaign. We are still building towards next campaign and thanks to all the work , trust and training you guys are all doing... in my opinion we are doing well ...

its all about next season...... thats the big one!! i have been asking all to deliver and you all have not disappointed... this season is all about building and gaining trust.
A lot of our U21s are being trained in house, the communication from you all is incredible and i hope to use that to ALL our advantages .
I enjoy what i do and for me it is a project... i prefer playing home talent but also need to look at the superstars you decide to sell.... keep up the good work :P

get behind me ..... make yourselves heard.... get involved .... and show me passion..

wasnt a classic... 2 brilliant goals... team performed well .... never really looked in trouble.

played a 17, 18 and 2 19 yr olds in the U20 line up. going in the right direction but a wins a win ;)
