Honduras 0:1 Scotland

Today we played against Honduras. The goal was to test the new tactics we played in the first half. There was a lot of one-on-one action. Unfortunately, the efficiency failed today. Only after the extra time in the second half we managed to score a goal. Today played the best lineup we have.
Unfortunately, we have a long way to go to train players at the age of 19 and 20.
I am fighting with what I have at my disposal.
Ahead of us U20 "Mamma mia" World Cup there we play only U20 so it will be a very difficult tournament because we have weak players....

Welcome to the New Year! All the best, that in private life everything goes well and in sk did not have any injuries !

In the U20 "Mamma mia" World Cup we have come to Latvia, Despite the weaker position in the ranking will be difficult for us to play this rival because our team does not have quality players. I would like to show you the core of the team for this tournament unfortunately I can't do it on the forum because it may be followed by their manager. I will try to create a tactic that will make the most of the potential of these players!

To fight Scotland

Any chance you can share them on Scottish federation forum ? I believe it's only available for Scottish managers.

Given that, I don't know if you have access to this forum :D

unfortunately it is available for all sk users

Latvija U20 2-5 Scotland U20

Welcome.
I'm still in euphoria after the match against Latvija, the first time I laughed during the game:)
We completely dominated the opponent, perfectly set defense with the lack of complete def pleased me the most!
What the MID line played out exceeded my expectations, Menzis, will be loud about him!
Att line managed to find its way with the setting.
Really yesterday's game of Scotland could enjoy.

Thanks for the kind words on sk@

Our next opponent will be Indonesia I have not yet analyzed his game, I hope to advance to the next round!

Scotland U20 2:1 Indonesia U20

Hi,
On Saturday we won against indonesia after a tough match. The opponent turned out to be well prepared for this match. I am proud of our team because we advanced to the 3rd round for the first time in this tournament.
In the next round are the quarter-finals and we will play against a very strong Belgium. It is led by an experienced coach and it will be a tough match for us.
On Thursday we again had 2 valuable players from the school. I am very happy about this, because the U18, U19 and U17 teams are really promising:)

It's tomorrow. We're playing Belgium to advance to the next round of the U20 "Mamma mia" World Cup, I've been thinking about this match all week, it's very important to me because we haven't come this far in this tournament! In my debut season with Scotland I was knocked out in the second round against the later finalist of that edition. Keep your fingers crossed for the young Scots. I encourage you to watch!

Scotland U21 - België U21

Hello everyone,

I would like to thank you for the trust you have placed in me over these few seasons and for giving me the opportunity to lead your U21 team. It has been a significant experience for me, and I have learned a completely different approach to working with young players.

Unfortunately, I was not able to secure qualification for the World Cup. I won't make any excuses because I believe I extracted nearly the maximum potential from the team. I focused on training the young Scots, but not every coach was willing to listen to my advice, which is why some players are not suitable for the national team. However, I managed to build a base of players and closely monitored their progress, which I consider crucial in leading such a small national team.

Sadly, it is now time for me to bid farewell because I know that starting from the new season, I won't have as much time to spare. I hope that if I ever wish to return to coaching the national team, you will allow me to take up this prestigious position again. Thank you for your patience and the additional chances you have given me. I wish you perseverance and success both in the national team and in your respective clubs!

Lastly, I would like to recommend my successor to you. His name is Staszek Maliniak, an experienced coach. He successfully rebuilt the Kazakhstan team and focused on training and bringing in new players from that country. He has already trained several players from there and competes with stronger nations. I would like to ask you to give him a chance because I know he will take care of your team as if it were his own!
