Hi everyone
I wanna to write about the first week issues, goals and results.

Issues
1. The half of the players were removes from NT because Antos was playing a U27 tournament.
2. All tactics built for Antos and older were removed by Antos because he does not like share his work.
3. The DB had players without current skills.

Goals and results:
1. Find +U27 players and recover for Scotish NT. Done Nothis send me the information about all +U27 player, and I recover again all of them.
2. Create the first tactic to play against Polska Done I analyzed our players, and I built my first tactic.
3. Win against Polska. Fail I had a few tactical mistakes, bad movements and poor tactical discipline. I argued with Colombian community, and they proposed me a 5 defenders tactic. However, I do not like defensive tactics, and I bet for a 4 lines def.
4. I update a lot of players, and I am waiting another Scotish players data base (manus tool) WIP

It was a complicated beginning, and I expect better results in the future.

@Antos mentioned he has all players in pvt forum I'm sure he will cooperate.
For tactics he is right in sokker tactics are personal so nothing to blame him here.
For db Im not happy his decision to not use it is fine but he had to inform community and u21 coach.

I write about the current state of NT when I get it.
Antos has his point of view and it is respetable

1-1 isnt the best result but considering penalty in 85min you can talk about luck..

Some people are lucky, but some people are not lucky. I wanna believe that I am one of the first.

Goals and results:
1. Create the second tactic to play against Costa Rica Done
2. Win against Costa Rica. Fail I had a few tactical mistakes, bad movements in the attack, and one mid-def additionally .
3. I update some players and migrate the Scottish players data base to Terrions tool Done .

I choose Terrions tool because It is so clear and easy to understand our players. If someone wants to be scout I can add for collaborating.

Hi, I will present the week review

Goals and results:
1. Create the third tactic to play against India Done
2. Win against India. Done
3. I updated some players and changed some players of the first team Done .
4. I got >80 performance points Done

I had the first victory our goal efficiency was 3/16 (18,75%), but India goal efficiency was 2/5 (40%). I think that the simulation has an advantage in goal efficiency for the weaker team in general performance.

Hi, I will present the past 3 weeks review

I am happy right now because of victories. I think that we have a great opportunity to go to World Cup. The second round is comming, so we need to keep working in tactics and team.
