I'm autistic with ADHD and OCD so can handle 3 convos in 3 places easily enough.

Maybe others will lose track.

The private conversation was merely a follow on from tactics mentioned here. Regarding importing your club tactics. Pretty sure that didn't exist before. That's a great feature.

I expected tactics in the NT to remain. I always kept them there. For next manager to do what they wanted to them.

If you want to delete them all or leave them or leave one. That's up to you. I was a bit surprised you'd want to delete them that's all.

My current club tactics are naff as I don't currently have good enough players to warrant better tactics yet.

I'm not an inexperienced manager.
NT Scotland in past was always find a tactic to suite what we had from a small pool. Rather than implement a preferred tactic and pick players from a vast pool. As you had plenty of each player.

Think that covers all.

In my opinion, think it's a bit mean to delete the tactics. They have been successful for Scotland. I'm sure that would have given Donaldo a good base to work with. Isn't it about what's best for the NT team? Deleting them doesn't help that. I guess it's your intellectual property as such. But it's a very small risk leaving them.

I'm sure Donaldo wouldn't use them verbatim anyway. Most NT managers use similar tactics as far as I see. Leaving one would be nice, all nicer.

I started with empty account and tactics are pvt thing...
Will you be happy if Donaldo uses them against all Scottish users will that be fair ?
If you apply for NT job you need to be prepared !
