Hello,

Thank you all who supported me with vote. I will be working on paying it back by solid results. My goal just now will be to prepare the team for the next WC qualifications and find some tactics which will work well for the squad.

I believe you all know what is your best way to train your young (Scottish) players and do appreciate that I can use them for the U21.

If anyone has any idea, how to help, improve, or just wants chat about anything, feel free here or even in PM.

Morning :)

Today's friendly we play against Israel. We agreed to play U20.

I will try to play alternately "u20" and "u21" games through this season. So as on one hand 21 yo players still play some games but on other one I need to find out what to play with the next season u21.
