Asunto: [NT] Joachim Löw

Hi everyone, My name is Alexander Brown, I born in Cuba but I'm currently living in the United States. I have been playing sokker since 2010 and I work as Web Developer.

I'm finishing as a head coach of my country after 7 straight seasons, and I would like start a new challenge. As you can see in my team name and my sokker nickname, I love Germany and coach in your country as been one of my biggest dreams for a long time. I know that maybe it is a bit difficult to choose a candidate from another country having in Reiner Zufall an awesome manager, but I think the knowledge that I acquired during the time I headed the Cuban NT, can help Germany to keep growing in the sokker world.

What is my plan?. Just do in Germany the same we have been done in Cuba for several years, and I 100% sure that after that the sokker in Germany will be even more stronger. I am a very committed person, when I decide to do anything I put the 110% of my effort to meet my goals and more than one manager in the sokker can attest to it. As I said before, I have been helping my country to grow during more than 15 seasons, 7 as Head Coach, 5 as Main Assistant for the NT and 2 in the Scouting Staff and before that I was always an active member of my community.

I know that maybe it is difficult for you guys, to choose a manager from another country, but if you decide to give me the chance to be the head coach of your National Team I will not disappoint you.

The job I did in Cuba it's not just the result of my work, it's the result of the work of all the cuban community and I think we can do something very similar here in Germany

First of all I would like to say that you are a great manager, the work you have done in Paraguay is amazing, I really enjoyed the two times we played in the WCQ ;-)

In another hand, answering to your question, I think one of the biggest differences is the community, Germany has a greater number of users involved in the day-to-day of his NT.

Cuba is a much smaller country, and although we are a very active community, unfortunately there are many who are not directly involved with the day-to-day of the Senior NT. Fortunately the few who were involved in things like (rival analysis, tactical debates, player updates and others) always gave the best of themselves and I did not really feel that empty space.

So for me, one of the big differences between doing the DT work in Cuba and Germany is the number of users involved with their NT. The work of DT it's not just make the tactics and select the players, it is rather make everyone in the community feel involved in the development of his NT and our Achievements.

Low is a great DT, he has been one of the main figures of the Cuban Selection for a long time and has achieved innumerable important goals with our National Team, putting us in an important place in the sokker world, even being a small country. So I think that without a doubt, Germany will be in very good hands.

Obwohl ich hier nicht wählen darf, finde ich doch als DACH-Mitglied die Kandidatur von Joachim Löw sehr interessant! Er macht auf mich einen sehr engagierten Eindruck. Da ich auch Spanisch kann, konnte ich seine Zusammenfassung auf Spanisch lesen und muss sagen, dass ich seinen Laufbahn in Kuba beeindruckend finde. Rang 62 auf Rang 38 nur als Beispiel zu nennen.

Genug gelabbert. Bin gespannt, was am Sonntag Abend passiert!

Er hat sicher gut gearbeitet und eine effiziente Taktik für Kuba gefunden. Betreffend Ranking: da kann es schwieriger sein von Rang 30 auf 20 oder von 20 auf 15 zu kommen als von 62 auf 38, das würde ich jetzt nicht überbewerten.

Im Moment stimmt aber wohl auch der Kader, bei Österreich-Kuba war das Rating bei fast 74, also nur knapp 3 Punkte tiefer als das österreichische, dass es bei dieser Differenz enge Spiele gibt, ist zu erwarten.

Mich würde interessieren, warum er ein Team Namens Deutschland_FC, und einen Account Namens Joachim Löw hat.
Schreibt aber in einer Bewerbung für den NT Coach Deutschland in englisch.

Sollte es tatsächlich so eingefleischte Deutschlandfans im Ausland geben ???
Ich kann es mir nicht wirklich vorstellen.

Er ist "erst" seit dem 2010-11-01 dabei, spielt in der Segunda División.03 (ich weiß nicht welche Liga das hier wäre), hat bei Bestbesetzung :
Angriff ausgezeichnet
Passen zuverlässig
Verteidigung überragend

Ich vermute aber, dass es ein 2.Account eines Deutschen ist, der unter dem 1. nicht so recht erfolgreich war.

Cuba hin, oder her, ich denke auch dass das nicht überbewertet werden sollte. Das können User mit genügend Erfahrung auch locker schaffen.
Und selbst ab 2010 Dazugehörigkeit hat man diese bei ausreichend Aktivität sammeln können.

Ich persönlich würde jemanden bevorzugen, der auch schon längere Zeit in Deutschen Foren aktiv ist, sich einbringt und Interesse zeigt.

Ich erinnere mich an eine Aussage von Reiner, die mich überzeugte:
"Es geht hier nicht um irgend welche Arten von Befindlichkeiten. Grad was die Nationalmannschaft betrifft, ist ein miteinander wichtig. Wenn einem eine oder mehrere Fragen gestellt werden, sollte man die auch beantworten. Hier ist in erster Linie zu schauen welche Vorstellungen der zukünftige Trainer so hat. Ich würde mir da vom Kandidaten eine klare Linie wünsche, die dann auch Kommuniziert wird. Das auch hier im Verband unterschiedliche Meinungen herrschen sollte doch keinen Wundern. Die Art der Kommunikation zeigt mir auch, ob einer ein Team Player ist oder doch eher ein Einzelspieler."

Somit hat er meine Stimme!

Was gibts daran nicht vorzustellen? Ich bin auch Fan vom englischen Fußball und könnte mich auch so nennen.
Ich selbst fahre ja auch keinen Lamborghini ;)

Und gerade da es in seinem Land keine Weltklasse Fußballspieler gibt, kann ich es mir umso besser vorstellen. Ich bin beim Dart auch Fan von Taylor, Wright und Anderson. Dabei juckt mich der deutsche Max Hopp sehr wenig weil er einfach nicht gut genug ist.

Ich kann auch deinen Rest nicht nachvollziehen. Ich bin ursprünglich seit August 2005 dabei. Trotzdem bin ich mit Sicherheit kein besserer Trainer. Und ich glaube auch nicht das 6 Jahre wenig sind für so ein Spiel wie sokker.

Auch der Punkt mit der Kommunikation wird vollkommen überbewertet. Es gibt doch so gut wie keine Community mehr! Wer schreibt denn noch groß in die Threads von den Nationalspielen? Vielleicht 3-4 Leute. Das wars doch schon. Bei McMeri gabs auch nach einigen Spielen vielleicht kurz mal ne Anmerkung von zwei Leuten.

Und außerdem kommuniziert er hier doch auch und dann haben wir sogar eine Person mehr, die hier was schreibt. Ist doch egal, ob er schon jahrelang hier rumturnt oder nicht.

Ich hab selbst noch nicht gewählt und werde mal schauen

unabhängig davon wen ich wähle, volle Zustimmung dazu.

Wenn ich mich richtig an Deinen alten Nick erinnere, ist doch eigentlich klar, wen Du wählst ;)

Find das Zitat von Beul noch interessant, weil irgendwie seh ich die klare kommunizierte Linie nicht wirklich bei Reiner. Man könnte meinen da wird allein auf die Sympathiepunkte eines Urgesteins gesetzt. Die Sympathien hat er als alter Ligakollege sowieso, aber obs für ne Stimme reicht? ;)

Unser kubanischer Freund hier (tue mich mit seinem nick auch noch etwas schwer), hat zumindest ne recht große Erfahrung als NT und auch ne hohe Motivation. Nicht zu verachten in diesen Sokker-Zeiten ;)

I remember that game, it was the second game of the World Cup and was a bit disappointing for me, because we had been waiting for years to participate in a World Cup and we couldn't play that game with our two best strikers. Anyways, I think we deserved a draw in that game, but we ended up losing in the 87 ' :-/

Hi mate, as I said before, I'm Cuban and I'm currently living in the United States, unfortunately for me, I can only speak English and Spanish, but I am trying to learn German too ;-).

I do not have the honor of knowing Germany (I hope to visit it one day), I am a lover of good football and for many years I have been following the German Football Team because I like its history (for example, it is the only team that has always participated in the second rounds of the world championships), I also believe that the real Joachim low has done a fastastic work with the German Team, a job that was rewarded with the world title in 2014. Those are the reasons why my team and my user in sokker have that name.

In another hand, I drive a 2014 BMW-M3, so yeah, you can name me a German fan ;-)

As you have said game only since 2010 but also I think that the time we have playing sokker or not it's not so determinant

Currently I'm in the Second Division of Cuba, but I also played several seasons in the First Division, in the last season, after 8 injuries to my main players throughout the season and losing my main player twice for 20+ days, I finished that season in the 5th position but I lost the promotion game in penalties, in a game in which my team dominated but simply that day, luck was not on my side

I think that we should not judge the DTs of the National Teams by the position they occupy in their respective leagues, We must evaluate them for the work they do as DT. I know many who play in the 2nd, 3rd or even 4th division of their country and are great DTs and have achieved very good results with their respective NT

I think the factors we can find when you coach a National Team are not the same ones we can find on your own team, and vice versa.

Personally, I would prefer someone who is also active for a long time in German forums, brings in and shows interest.

As I said in my first post, I can fully understand that it is very difficult for German users to choose a user from another country to coach their NT, but if they decide to give me the opportunity, I'll give the 110% of my effort not to disappoint them.
As I said earlier I don't speak German, but I'm trying to learn. Anyway, I can always translate what the German users write and answer in English (universal language). Although I do not get elected I will be more involved in the forums and helping in what I can.
