Im Moment stimmt aber wohl auch der Kader, bei Österreich-Kuba war das Rating bei fast 74, also nur knapp 3 Punkte tiefer als das österreichische, dass es bei dieser Differenz enge Spiele gibt, ist zu erwarten.

I remember that game, it was the second game of the World Cup and was a bit disappointing for me, because we had been waiting for years to participate in a World Cup and we couldn't play that game with our two best strikers. Anyways, I think we deserved a draw in that game, but we ended up losing in the 87 ' :-/

Hi mate, as I said before, I'm Cuban and I'm currently living in the United States, unfortunately for me, I can only speak English and Spanish, but I am trying to learn German too ;-).

I do not have the honor of knowing Germany (I hope to visit it one day), I am a lover of good football and for many years I have been following the German Football Team because I like its history (for example, it is the only team that has always participated in the second rounds of the world championships), I also believe that the real Joachim low has done a fastastic work with the German Team, a job that was rewarded with the world title in 2014. Those are the reasons why my team and my user in sokker have that name.

In another hand, I drive a 2014 BMW-M3, so yeah, you can name me a German fan ;-)

He is "first" since 2010-11-01, plays in the Segunda División.03 (I do not know which league would be here), has at best occupation:

Currently I'm in the Second Division of Cuba, but I also played several seasons in the First Division, in the last season, after 8 injuries to my main players throughout the season and losing my main player twice for 20+ days, I finished that season in the 5th position but I lost the promotion game in penalties, in a game in which my team dominated but simply that day, luck was not on my side

I think that we should not judge the DTs of the National Teams by the position they occupy in their respective leagues, We must evaluate them for the work they do as DT. I know many who play in the 2nd, 3rd or even 4th division of their country and are great DTs and have achieved very good results with their respective NT

I think the factors we can find when you coach a National Team are not the same ones we can find on your own team, and vice versa.

Personally, I would prefer someone who is also active for a long time in German forums, brings in and shows interest.

As I said in my first post, I can fully understand that it is very difficult for German users to choose a user from another country to coach their NT, but if they decide to give me the opportunity, I'll give the 110% of my effort not to disappoint them.
As I said earlier I don't speak German, but I'm trying to learn. Anyway, I can always translate what the German users write and answer in English (universal language). Although I do not get elected I will be more involved in the forums and helping in what I can.

Believe me when I tell you that Joachim Löw is a great dt, I think in his hands Germany will make a qualitative leap,He enjoys great prestige in the Latin community and I am sure he would be 100% committed to Germany because it has always been his dream to be a coach of Germany.

hi everyone, as Cuba champion i can say he is a big sokker fan, he is always online and full dedicate to this game. He is a great tactical strategist, i really enjoy our games, even ours matches are favorable to me.. JAJA.
he can make your selecction will grown better than anyone.. honestly, is a great DT.

Joachim Löw ist doch der Einzige der einen Wahlkampf betreibt und sich engagiert.

Der Gegenkandidat hat es noch nicht einmal für nötig erachtet einen Wahlkampf zu starten oder eine Pressemitteilung herauszugeben.

Cuba hin, oder her, ich denke auch dass das nicht überbewertet werden sollte. Das können User mit genügend Erfahrung auch locker schaffen.

Ein bisschen mehr Respekt ist da meiner Meinung nach schon angebracht. Ich behaupte einfach mal, auch ein erfahrener User schafft das nicht einfach so und schon gar nicht locker. Auch wenn Lumpaz wahrscheinlich Recht hat und es erst ab Position 40 aufwärts im Ranking richtig haarig wird. Dann trifft man auf teilweise richtig starke Teams und die Top32 sind stärker umkämpft.

Aber man muss auch bedenken, dass man sich bei Nationen in den 60er und schwächer nicht ins gemachte Nest setzt. Ein unabhängiges Scoutingsystem wie in Deutschland und der Schweiz ist Luxus. Man kann nur schon von Glück reden, wenn einem der Vorgänger eine halbwegs aktuelle Datenbank hinterlässt. Dass man die Skills seiner besten Elf kennt, ist auch nicht selbstverständlich.

Wenn du längerfristig etwas aufbauen willst, musst du dich auch um die Talente kümmern und viel Scouting und Community-Arbeit machen, damit die Spieler trainiert werden und richtig trainiert werden. Nur so kann ein Team entstehen, dass dann mit den Verbesserungen im Ranking Schritt halten kann.

Diese Verbesserungen passieren aber nicht automatisch. Es reicht nicht, jeden Freitag eine Aufstellung einzugeben und das Beste zu hoffen. Wenn man sich substantiell hocharbeiten will, sollte man weder gegen Kasachstan noch gegen Polen spielen. Da braucht es bereits einen gut durchdachten Friendly-Spielplan. (Persönliches Beispiel: Ich habe äusserst selten Friendlies gegen Teams abgemacht, die einen erfahrenen Coach hatten, der seine Mannschaft schon kennt, vor allem in den ersten Wochen). Wenn man dann noch Uxx-Spiele bestreiten möchte, muss man seinen Kader wiederum sehr gut kennen.

Ich finde die Kandidatur von Jogi jedenfalls erfrischend, auch wenn ich den "Schal" persönlich nicht zu meinen Lieblingstrainern zähle^^ Wichtig ist doch vor allem, dass er engagiert bei der Sache ist und nicht einer von der Sorte, die überall ein bisschen probieren ranzukommen und es möglichst nicht riskieren wollen, nicht gewählt zu werden. Er scheint wirklich an Deutschland interessiert und voll motiviert. Dann lässt sich auch die Sprachbarriere überbrücken.

I don't have to write the same that you already know about Joachim Löw as DT of Cuba NT you only have to look the position and the great results that he achieve (not only one season but 7 seasons). I don't know the others candidates but what I can say is that Löw is very commited, organized, passionate and determinted manager that for sure will do a wonderfull job in front of Germany NT.
