DUDE train him that oke is insane for 17y old granted going to be 18 in a week but can be amazing, and selling an older oke could generate cash for new guy in ur team so i would keep and sell some 1

Maybe sell the least talented of your current trainees and train this guy instead.

What could i train him if I keep him. Thought the defence trainers would want him. Ok may train him.

I suppose I could train him as a defender, but I thought he'd make a good midfielder.

he can be trained in allot of stuff really, pace, passing midfield and defending, just not striker :)
