This guy provides a dilemma. As a 20 year old, his skills are not great and they're an awkward spread. He should probably be trained as a striker, working on his pace first, so doesn't fit into my plans. With his skills as they are, I'm not confident he'll land up at a strong club.

However, his talent is at the extremely good end of the scale, about as good as you can get. The talent prediction spreadsheet I'm using puts it at between 3.29 and 3.38! If I'm not mistaken, 3.33 is maximum, or something like it.

Yep, Theunis, I know what you mean. My juniors have been awful for a couple of seasons now - you can tell from how they're doing in the junior league. :(

I've had room for one more trainee for quite some time and haven't managed to find one.

I've got a 'good' 16 year old arriving next week. Hopefully he'll be worth training for one of us.
There's also an 'outstanding' 18 year old due in 4 weeks, talent around 4.2.
