Do you know his talent?

I want to ask all the active managers with YP, if they have any interesting players, that they won't intend to train to post them here, or write me sk-mail and I'll try to find them managers who will buy them and train them, so we don't waste valuable talent for our U21 and NT as it is sadly the case now..
We desperately need some GK, even weaker ones, but properly trained..

He came out as excellent. I do not know how to calculate talent. I have tried, but it is confusing to me. If someone can help me with it I'll appreciate it.

I have 4 GK's in my Junior School at the moment. The first one is due in 6 weeks. The best one is sitting at very good. Others are adequate, average and poor at the moment. Let me know if you need more information on them.

Great we will definitely need some GKs! Even the weaker ones can be trained to great players if they have decent talent!

1. Install Opera or Firefox
2. Install oSokker
3. Than all you need is 2 clicks - After you are in the player page, a flag will appear under the player's name. Just click on it and you will be redirected to the NT Database, select training and click on "send". That's it, player is updated.

Plus it has other great features.
