Makes pretty dismal reading. We've had a lot of people register in the last month or two, by our standards, but NONE stick around for more than a day or two.

We have only 5 active players at the moment.

I will try to procure e-mails to inactive users and then send messages:) It would help ;>

It's a year later and we now have 55 registered users. I think that's a record. The problem is that we still only have about 5 users that have ever posted on the forum.

30 people have signed up this year so far.

Funny how that is, as soon as internet becomes more easily available and cheap more okes should join this

The surge of new players signing up to Sokker has continued. We're now up to 91 registered users.

Active users is hard to say, but I count 9 that have been around a while now, and hopefully some of those that signed up this year will stay as well. We still only have 5 with junior squads though.

A week later and a whole bunch have been cleaned out.
We're down to 55 registered users.

We've climbed back up to 97 registered users.
Somehow we need to turn these numbers into active players that stick around.

Our u21 squad is miserably poor right now, with not even a handful of teams producing any juniors at all. We just can't be competitive with so few active youth squads.

We just hit exactly 100 users.

After rising to above 100 for about a week, we've been knocked back down to 47. Retention rate is pathetic, something in the region of 1 in 500?

crazy! what can be done to improve it?

I wish I knew. Some people on the main forum are discussing ways to improve the game experience for brand new players, so hopefully something will come of that.

For a while I tried sending personal messages to new users but I had no success, as far as I can recall, not even simple replies to my messages to say hello.

I have also sent some messages to the new users stating that they can ask me if they have any questions, but as you say, not even a single reply.

Ag people dont get drawn in that easy.
But get the occasional one that sticks
