4 and a half years in this game

Eternal bridesmaid in the Irish league behind the dominant Shaneteam, until this season when I finally won a national league (unfortunately it was only the juniors but damnit, I'm counting it)

My plans for South Africa

Simple, world cup qualification. Part of the reason I waited a week to apply because I wanted a job where I could actually accomplish something and looking at the draw made yesterday, I can get you through that group. Any team that can rate above 70 should be aiming to qualify.
In regards to scouts, I don't use them very much because this is only a small national and I can handle it on my own, though I would certainly be working closely with the U-21 manager to see who is coming through.
Other managers may apply for this job with promises that they'll increase activity in the forums or seek to recruit new users. I'm not going to do that. My focus is on the national team and nothing else.
Because of the way I setup, I'm one of the few managers you could bring in with little introduction period, which is highly important given the qualification games start right away. Tactically I'm covered with regards any formation I use and can get right to work.

It's up to the voters whether it's a hard choice. I've got more experience, I've been in the game longer, I've had more success.

Just on a current point. I've been rebuilding my club the hard way recently using only Irish juniors. I could have bought the Irish league after I sold up but that's not the way I like to do things. My team are hardly a reflection of my ability at the moment but I still managed to promote into our top league with them, only conceding 3 goals in the entirety of last season.

You play longer Sokker? Ok, true - but the level of your team s similar to the VI league teams in Poland. The level of your league is much weaker.

I've essentially been in charge of Ireland for 4 years, I was the manager for 6 seasons, my team before I sold them was far better than anything you have.

In contrast, you've been here nearly 4 years and you're still stuck in level 5.

what is the point of elections in South Africa?

Really? But the level of your Premier Division reaches the level IV / V league in Poland ;)
not to mention the Second Division...

If it only reaches level IV is Poland then it's still better than you're doing ;)
