some information about me

My name is Krystian (Kita) like a football now I play football in the "Błękitni Kielce". I'm 21 years old and joined the game over 3 years ago. I spend too much time on sokker

I'm the owner of team korona kielce 2 to 2008-07-25 (10 seasons)

In the last 5 season i have lost only about 15 games I won:

1x 1st place Klasa A.0916

1x 1st place Liga VI.0389

1x 1st place Liga V.164

I also won:

2x 2nd place VI.0389, 1x 3rd place V.164, 1x 3rd place IV.24


- I never fell to a lower league
- Polish regularly in the cup every season will advance to higher rounds [max 6 rounds]

In the last season, won third place in a strong fourth league. now I play with a side midfielder but I have experience in developing defensive and offensive tactics.

I am currently a tutor in the Polish staff so I got to know all the mechanisms governing the game of tactics, training, and mechanisms of the game.


Sokker South Africa


I would like to promote South Africa to World Cup, the real is to get second place but with the luck of the draw, we can fight for victory in the group.


I am currently a tutor in the Polish staff, because I know how difficult they are beginning to play sokker, I would like to know the basics of the game to help new users.

I know how important this position, so I would choose people who have a lot of time and want to help in the growing of South Africa sokker.

You're good enough for work with RSA NT but you should write more about your plans and your work as RSA Coach. Your speech won't bring you votes for now.. more info mate for voters :P

It worked quite well with Rafaello, so maybe his recommendation helps.

I'm interested to know how the candidates will improve the SA NT when our database already contains just about every possible player that is good enough, and when we have only 4, maybe 5 active managers.

As brokus says, can you give any more details about your plans or strengths? So far we have 3 candidates and no votes. Why should we pick you over the others?

Brokus may be lucky for choosing selectors next :-)


My plans for the conduct of representation is a fight for promotion to the Championship in the group, we have two strong rivals but South Africa has a compensatory team by selecting the appropriate tactic because there is a chance to win a favorable outcome of the match.

Because I understand that you have very few active members would like to talk to people who have players aged 22-26 years to find out what they train and suggest what would be the best player in the development of national cadre.

Why you should vote for me? I know so well the previous coaches can count on them in selecting the right players and tactics. I can guarantee a large amount of time in preparing the tactics.

Conversations with users who have the appropriate players or candidates for representation in the game in order to develop the strength of the team, not only for a season but in the next few years.


I do not know whether I am a better candidate than others but I know that do anything for advance the World Cup and to improve the national team. I know I can count on many users experienced.

Don't be so sure :> i'm 'fighting' with Gaudin :))

You have too promise RSA community that you'll be active as coach and helpfull to newbies.. it's the key for stronger players from RSA.

Don`t worry Gaudin is a good member, but you win elections because they have far greater experience in national team :-).



So as I wrote wants to help new users at the beginning of the game and strengthen the national team, talking with users having prospective players for RSA.

ELECTION

I hope that through well-presented last season as a coach to all RSA. unfortunately failed to qualify for the world championships this year. this is due to very strong and adjusted group and ineffective strikers :-)

I found the staff a few valuable players such as Sazi Mkhize, Shane Jordan, Jabulani Mudau. because the next matches will be friendly, I would like to give young players a chance mostly aged 25-28 years to select new management for the next World Cup.


I would like you to give me a chance next season. I would like this season,

- Raise the ranking of 2200 + minutes of representation will in the next championships easier to get to the group and really think about promotion.

- Because we only played friendly matches I would like to promote a few young players aged 25-28 years mainly in defense, because they play in the formation of the oldest players

ELECTION

Everyone in South Africa managed to get to know me through two seasons of the game representation.

So I will not write about their successes :)

The main reason for running in the elections is to improve the ranking of representation so that in future heats to fight, the weaker the group for a promotion.

I would also like to find 1-2 players, forgotten or do not play the game in the team who have the necessary skills.

Additionally, I would like to create a 2-3 tactics, tailored to the skills of players. because recently it was not always this well enough ... xD

Welcome back, Kita.

I'll have to take look back at your previous run as our NT coach to see how you fared.
I'm afraid the squad hasn't changed much since then, probably just got older and worse.

Yes, we need an improvement in results and tactics but most importantly, we need a NT coach that will take the good players leaving the u21 squad and ensure that they are well managed to fulfill senior team potential. We also need a coach that will communicate with us.

Our u21 side is in good hands now. We're looking for a coach who can work with that squad to take us forward with our highly limited resources.

Ok, to refresh our memories, you managed our NT for the two seasons before the current one.
In that time, the results of the team were very good overall: (31) 18-3-10 111-60. Can't argue with that all. The team also finished a respectable 3rd of 6 in the WC qualifiers behind Brazil and Hungary, and ahead of Ecuador.

My two concerns are:
- we got some communication from you in your first season, during the WC qualifiers, but nothing at all in your second season
- your match results took a nosedive towards the end when you had a run of only 1 draw from 6 matches, but you did finish with two wins

So, is your communication going to improve? Will you get back into your good form and produce those good results again? :)

so, the training of representatives is very important in such a small sokker country. as presenting young players is now less, it is good to write to what they train coaches to the player played in the national team.

The second season is a good start, but unfortunately the season is a complete lack of luck in the game offensive. and my important exams which resulted in that I have not had much time to sokker. and talks about sokker.
