Asunto: [U21] kovacsbela

I am an Slovak Sokker manager since 2010.
I love Sokker engine and editing/studying tactics.
I know this is a NT with potentiality, with future.
I hope that you are agree with me the NT has potentiality and in order to continue the growth of this country I think I am the right candidate.In the future, I would like monitoring players and mantain contact with the managers.

I agree that this side has potential. Any country with only 5 active managers has potential.
Unfortunately, the only way to realise that potential is to bring new managers into South Africa and somehow keep them and make them active. So far, this has been completely unsuccessful.

I have looked at your record with your club and am satisfied with how your team has performed.

My main comment for you is about tactics.

I see that you have used exactly the same formation in all your matches for quite a long time, and the formation you used before that was only very slightly different.

I make tactic according to my players. :) After I upgrade when I find failure. Or when I have yet problem I tell my friens who has many experience. :)
My plan is everi weak connection whit managers who train South Adrican players. And I have more friends who loveli train nationa u21 players! In Hungary and In Slovakia :)
