Hi, I would like to introduce my self as a candidate for U21 team. As you can read in my press release:
I play sokker since 2006 which make me one of the most experienced managers around. I play in very competitive third division in Czech republic (8th biggest sokker nation) which I won multiple times and I record marks around 65. I have lot of experience with high skill players and advanced tactics. I also spend lot of free time on sokker and I would like to transform my knowledge and love for the game into South African youth team and make it respectable and competitive as much as possible.
Since South Africa is a small sokker country my main goal would be to build database and find managers willing to train youth talents in skills they need and most importantly train as many talents as possible and prepare them this way for senior NT team. As I wrote I spend lot of free time on sokker, so coordination with managers and building some net of youth talented NT players I see as the most important task for future growth of South African sokker NT..

Thanks for your interest in managing the u21 side.
A few comments and questions:
- You have a lot of experience with high skill players. What about young players with poor skill?
- I maintain the database and I like to think that it is quite comprehensive and reasonably up to date. Although I am not going to manage the u21's any longer, I will continue as administrator of the database.
- When you say you want to find managers to train youth talents, do you mean managers outside South Africa? In South Africa we have only 5 active managers.

I also want to add what I posted to the other candidate.
Like him, you have used the same formation in almost all your recent matches, regardless of the opponents and whether you were weaker or stronger.

Hello MarcL. Thanx for asking those questions.
I would of course very much welcome cooperation with you and if you already have working and updated database that would make the job of future NT coach even easier.
Yes I would like to find managers outside South Africa to train your talents, as I am very active on czech forum and I'm sure I can find lot of managers willing to help. I intend to train NT prospects myself. If there are trully only 5 active managers in your county I think this is easilly and logicaly the most important think for at least maintaining some level in your NT team. I don't want to make unrealistic promises and set nonsense goals as it would be impossible without strong player base.
Concerning tactics well I base my tactics on my training and more importantly on the skill of my players and I try to utilize the best possible tactic for their skills. I don't like to play any extreme tactics also because I don't have a plus right now, so I can't read tactics of my opponents and it would be risky to just base it on their previous matches with me, so recently I only made few changes.
I did try a lot of tactics in my sokker life and I watch NT matches regularly, so I don't think I have any tactical issues.

Let's go South Africa!!!
Congratulations, for me it will be for next season, good luck.
These are our friendly matches I've managed to schedule over night.
Still 1 spot remaining, hopefully I can make a deal with another rival African team :-)
I chose weaker opponents or at least approximatelly on the same level, so we can get some wins and good results and hopefully increase our rankings. How do you like it? It's very diverse and there'll be a lot of travelling all around the world :-)
Week 01 - 17/02/2012 : Paraguay U21
Week 02 - 24/02/2012 : O‘zbekiston U21
Week 03 - 02/03/2012 : India U21
Week 04 - 09/03/2012 : Mexico U19 vs SA U20
Week 05 - 16/03/2012 : Ísland U21
Week 06 - 23/03/2012 : República Dominicana U21
Week 07 - 30/03/2012 : Cymru U21
Week 08 - 06/04/2012 : Belarus U21
Week 09 - 13/04/2012 : Nippon U21
Week 10 - 20/04/2012 : Kypros U21
Week 11 - 27/04/2012 : al-Jaza’ir U21
Week 12 - 04/05/2012 : Misr U21
Week 13 - 11/05/2012 : Cameroun U21
Week 14 - 18/05/2012 : Ghana U21
Week 15 - 25/05/2012 : Honduras U21
Week 00 - 01/06/2012 : Kenya U21
edit - ok so the schedule is done, last confirmed was Ghana, so we'll play 5 African opponents at the end to test are strenght :-)
And we have a 1st change - Scotland canceled the match, so I dealt Dominican republic instead..should be easier opponent anyway :-)
