As I wrote you his owner told me he has only 5 weeks talent to solid..and he is a tutor so i don't think he has bad coaches..may be your pace academy will discover a hidden talent in him :-D

Cole is senior NT material. I'll definitely try to buy him and train him.

Besides, I've made my team so weak now with all these juniors that I need some good players or my clubs fans will riot. ;)

I'll may be send some more money your way since I'm targeting Letebe:-) But only for reasonable price and NT players have a tendency to be overpaid :-)
I will probably be switching to technique next season (I'll possibly train my strikers with MID order - that should be fun again:-) and I'm thinking about Matsau :-) Although I have to find money for him. What do you think is his price now and will be next season?

Honestly, I have no idea about prices. :(

This might be a little premature after 3 games that I've played so far, but I want to let you know that I'm thinking ahead and in the future. I've contacted all the managers of our talented players to make sure they train properly. I will continue to search for suitable managers to fit their training. Marc will give all the talents pace first and than we'll find another managers to finish their training. I take care of the ATT formation and I have couple managers in Czech willing to help with MID and DEF and possibly GK training.
All of our key players for this and next season are so far in quality teams and receive good training. I think we could have better team next season than this year. Our 20 year olds are very strong. Our defense would be little worse, but we still have Cole and Olivier, plus Jooste, Sekano, Maglefa etc..Our MIDs will be as good as this year with Matsau, Hendricks, Molefe and Kalaka and our strikers should be much better. Ludick and Masenia are already playing this season and Sithole can't possibly be out of form for 2 season..(I hope)
As great as the situation is with 20 year olds, our 19 year olds are terrible! Except future superstar Kalaka, 2 GKs and Masenia there is nobody usefull, possibly only Lehoko and Sybaia (who both wouldn't make today's roster) and that's it..! We have no defenders there! Sybaia should be on TL soon, he would need pace (Marc?) and I have a defense trainer for him for next season. We have some nice 18 year old MIDs like Lingard, Mabedi and Ramulondi but definitely nobody be as good as today's MIDs..Our strikers should be superstrong though with Valentine, Masenia and Ledwaba, shame we don't have any of these strikers this year or next season, we could really do some damage.
Lekgwathi and Sibusio Fredericks (trained in pasing now..) could be decent defenders one day if trained properly, but nowhere close to current defenders.
Funny how the situation with our attack and defense is reversed compared to today.
We would need some nice defender youth pulls soon, cause we could face some big trouble on defense in 2 seasons:-)

What can I say..First of all the deal with Mexican coach was his U19 (with the exception of GK where he could play U20) vs our U20, but he played U20 and U21..and now he is apologizing to me in the mail that he didn't have time to set the match (even though he was logging in every day)...sokker Gods "punished" him for such behaviour by scoring from the one and only opportunity he had all match and defeat us 0:1 even though he was totaly outclassed (we outplayed Mexico even before the red card) the whole match.. thanks I guess..

I think my tactic worked, even though I don't like to play 5 DEFs. He kept that dreadfull offside system tactic which I didn't expect after his lame performance in last match and even with our strikers positioned deep into the offsides, our MIDs were "smart" enough to avoid it most of the time and passed the ball to our strikers in good positions. Unfortunately they are so bad that they couldn't take advantage from those opportunities. If we had decent strikers with pace this would end 6:0..We had countless chances where our strikers were ahead of the defense but are simply too slow to escape them..We had at least 3 break away chances were our strikers faced the GK alone but failed, plus we hit 3 cross bars (1 from penalty) It's a shame we played for over 1 hour against 10 players and couldn't score a goal.
2nd unlucky 0:1 defeat in 4 matches..I hope this is not a trend..:-(((
Lesson learned though, next time I'll make U20 deals only with managers I know..

On the positive note, Mexico has 367 members and 37 voted in U21 elections and our U20 outplayed their U20..I really do think we can be relativily very strong next season, before our team falls apart with that horrible (so far) U19 generation..

Yes, I agree with your analysis. We outplayed them from the start; their red card just made it worse.
How we didn't win that, I don't know.

The match stats said they had 2 shots. I only remembered 1, their goal.
Ludick scored twice in my league match, and twice as a sub in my cup match this week.
Hopefully he can learn to score at u21 level too!

Yet again, our average marks were lower than theirs and we played better than a bigger nation with a theoretically stronger team. Well done, despite the result.

Yeah they had another shot from like 30 metres and it was 20 metres over our goal..our stat says 5 shots, but we were much more dangerous than that. Luddick hit 2 crossbars..and we had another promising situations that didn't lead to shot..
Their goal shot also touched the post..
Btw check again the situation preceding the penalty in 52. minute:-) 1 touch passes between Hendricks, Molefe and Matsau and beautiful through pass to Masenia :-) At least we played nice football for fans :-)
Next stop is Island, we should be slight favourites and I expect victory!

Well done La Bamba. A great result against a strong opponent. We should have won, but that is the way things go sometimes.
