Against Daehan Minguk we'll normally play some youngsters aswell.. So they'll have plenty of opportunities upcoming season to get their first caps in senior NT ;)
WTF @ today's game! If this happens to us at WCQ I could kill someone..
- If our strikers would shoot way faster instead of waiting till the GK/def picks the ball off their feet, we'd have at least 20 shots at goal instead of 12.
- I counted about 8 one-on-ones and we missed them all, unbelievable with at least magical strikers.
- Roskruge couldn't even dribbel a Christmas tree today.. unearthly tech/pace, yeah right.
- Their goal was a laugh really.. A shot from 50m out I guess, against a divine GK.
I got frustrated a while ago about the current ME, but I showed some patience and sympathy. Anyway, games like these make me wonder whether it's still worth it to put lots of effort and time in creating a tactic. I worked like 2 hours on this tactic and line-up.

Yeah we've missed a lot of one on ones today:-) Anyway the tactic worked quite well, you cover their wings, we played mostly on their half and our strikers created lots of chances..not much else you can do about it..May be 1 more off mid could help to get the strikers better looks, Andorra was pretty harmles offensively, but I guess they would miss anything today anyway..
The Andorra's goal was pretty awsome :-)

Very tough result, Carna.
With any luck, you've got the bad luck out of the way now.
The season ended with 3 losses but your overall record was excellent with 8 wins from the 14 matches (5 losses) and 38 goals scored versus 19 against.
Well done. :)

The Andorra's goal was a hell of a lucky shot :p
I could've played a 4-def line with 1 extra offensive midfielder indeed.. Something to try next time.

Thanks Marc. Even though it really is a disappointment to end the season in such a ridiculous way. ;-)
Congrats for the expected win :-) GL in this season Carna
Nice, we started with a very solid performance against the Azeri's and won against quite an equal opponent with 1-0, a well deserved victory thanks to an early penalty goal from Cameron.
I slightly adapted the 5-3-2 I used against them in our friendly last season. I've put the winbacks a bit wider since I kinda prediced they'd play with 2 wide midfielders and it worked out well since they were quite undangerous from the wing. We won the game today by overruling the midfield imo, 3 vs 2 all the time which created lots of freedom for our side.. For example, almost every throw-in reached one of our players, so we were able to keep possession of the ball. Only negative remark today would be the positioning of our strikers.. if they'd have been positioned more to the side and a often a bit deeper, they'd be more dangerous. Anyway, we won and I guess that's still the main objective for every game ;-)

I just checked their players and their average values.. It seems they do have some more strength and potential in their team regarding the ages of our players. This makes me even more satisfied ;-)
