Keep up the high level with continuity and a few new ideas
After buying Paul Kalaka as my new future midfield star, I also discovered a small but very fine South-African Sokker-community. A few but active users who support their NT and their u21-team with specific training, discussion in the forum and supporting two very active and experienced coaches, Carna and LaBamba, both with brilliant results.
After some inputs in the forum I was invited to join the u21 staff and become LaBambas Assistant Manager.
With LaBamba resigning as u21 Coach and running for NT-Coach, I would like to try to keep up the excellent work with a good new u21 generation, continuity and adding a few new ideas, for instance by varying the defensive line a little more.
If you vote for me (here), you’ll get an experienced Coach, in Sokker since 2006 and adapting to all the ME-changes there have been, with experiences as Scout for Switzerland, ready to keep up the good collaboration and open for discussions as well as ideas.
Let’s give it a try together and aim the World Cup Qualification!
Thanks a lot to Carna for his truly impressive results with the South African NT and his engagement for Sokker South Africa, I hope he'll still be around, giving his precious inputs!
Thanks as well to LaBamba for his not less impressive u21 results and all he does for Sokker South Africa. Just look at thr number of posts and threads... I am sure he'll be a great NT as well, let's hope his winning strike can be reproduced with the South African NT!
If you want to know more about me or my ideas with the u21, feel free to ask!

Doglo, I believe the effort you have put in to help LaBamba and to get to know the squad counts for a lot.
Good luck with the election. :)

Thanks Doglo. Good luck with the election. I think you've learned a lot from La Bamba and he from you as well.
Cerna Gora is beatable, but Israel and Russia will be tough..but with little luck..We should at least get 4 wins and keep the 4th spot..
1. España U21
2. Rossiya U21
3. Israel U21
4. South Africa U21
5. Crna Gora U21
6. Nigeria U21

phew....Espana, Russia and Israel are tough opponents. We'll need a very good day to get some points out of those games indeed.
Russias Keeper has a Rating of 90...
Cerna Gora should indeed be beatable and Nigeria as well.
12 points should be the minmal goal. We'll try to get a few more of course...;-)

I would (if elected) try to organize friendlies against nations with similar size and similar potential to ours.
Cameroon (week 3) and Guatemala (week 7) and Switzerland (u20 against our u21) are already pre-reserved (in case all the candidates I talked to are really elected)

yes, I saw it. Can you ask in the Czech Republic if there's a potential buyer (who'll train him well)? would be great.
I can't announce it in switzerland before being elected...:-/

great, thanks!
I would even biy him myself, but I really have to buy a new keeper (sold my old one) and I'll have to strech my finances to the max for that^^
