Asunto: [U21] Doglo

Wow amazing player, I have 3.5 M EUR, but full slots and I won't train pace much..

I'll tell ostulc to buy him, he has free slots and he fits his training I think, may be Carna can be a back up, cause ostulc always misses the DL :-)

hmm ostulc got overbid by 1 guy..shame for that lame deadline.. Ended up in Brazil. I don't have the best experiences with South Americans in terms of communication about NT players, so hopefully he'll be fine..

I've decided to run again as u21 coach for another season. I will again try my best, but I will not have a lot of time for match reports (newly relegated to the swiss top league, this will need some time to develop new tactics there..;-))
It would be most probabely my last season as south-african u21 coach, I will try my luck in Switzerland (or elsewhere, we'll see) after that. If we should qualify against all odds, I might consider adding another season ;-))

so, if you still think I'm the right guy for the South African u21, thanks for your vote!

It might be my last season as well, although I would like to try another WCQ with that strong former U21 generation that will slowly grow into its prime years :-) And I'm still training Methula and Matsau..

On the other hand, this will be my 6th season (I think) as SA NT coach ( if I win) and it's hard to keep the same motivation with such little feedback..

I know South Africa is not the most exciting or promising NT at the moment, but I really appreciate you and LaBamba putting your hands up as candidates for the under 21 and NT jobs again. I, for one think you guys are doing an excellent job with very limited resources. As you know my time is limited, but I will try to provide as much support as possible and is committed to the SA objectives for the time being. Good luck with the elections, but I am sure you guys will take it again.

Thanks for the support Schalla. I'll try to keep my eyes on SA U21/NT even if I won't be here anymore..6 seasons is a long time and I left my fingerprints on lots of SA players and spend lot of my time here..so I consider my self half South African already, at least in sokker terms :-)

But for now, I'm not saying good bye yet :-)

more bad news from our u21, unfortunately.

Several of our players, especially the future talents aren't trained, play only in u21 games or not at all...a true pity. I sent some mails a few weeks ago, it didn't change anything. this concernes in particular:

Malcolm Ramulondi, our only decent keeper: plays only in u21
Evans Hendricks, defender, only plays in u21
Marco Haskins, the greatest future talent: doesn't play at all, even if his manger just bought him for a lot of money!!!
