Spain was just better today, especially in midfield, where we lost too many match-ups..not much we could do..Tavlibudine didn't help much either, he was useless..

Oh well. Spain is a stronger team.

boah, I was almost going crazy in todays game against Nigeria! the had one half a chance and scored...we hat tons of top chances and didn't...0:1 after 30 min...at least we could catch up and achieve a more than deserved 5:1 victory. but still..it was incredible the chances we missed. like e.g. hitting the post in front of the entirely empty goal inside the 5 meter field..^^
25 shots, only 5 goals are lousy, especially if you look at what kind of shots/chances we had...

with Spain winning against israel, we defenitely can't qualify anymore, not even theoretically as before.
The last game against Israel is only to defend the 3rd place (which would be a sucess already).

there were definitely some WTF moments..this actually happened twice, I think both Ledwaba and Lingard hit the post from few meteres while staring at the empty net:-)

All bad was forgotten though in 65th minute with that fantastic freekick from Serola who followed it 10 minutes later by another great goal..it's a shame we had no chance to qualify anymore, but in this match it was clear how much we missed Serola's genius in those key WCQ matches when he was injured..shame really this was once in a lifetime opportunity for SA and it will never repeat again..
