Asunto: La Bamba & Doglo

As the season draws to a close I would just like to express our gratitude (on behalf of all South African users) to La Bamba and Doglo. They have basically carried both NT teams on their own since MarcL decided he had enough and I think you guys did an excellent job with very limited resources. I know you both stated that this will probably be your last seasons with the South African NT's (although we all hope you might still change your minds). I don't know what the future holds and hopefully we can get some decent coaches. The few South African users that is here do not seem to have the time and energy to coach the NT squads and I fear for the future, but I, for one, will stick it out. Good luck to you both with the future and we hope to see you guys back sooner rather than later.

Thanks for the nice words and support. Actually I'm thinking to continue at least 1 more season. My former U21 generation, current 25-26y olds (Methula, Matsau and co..) is growing to it's peak and we can still compete decently with good teams. As stated many times before, unfortunately the gap after that generation is huge and there will be a big drop off in quality and results in couple seasons..

I will not continue as I announced at the beginning of the season. But if you like, I can ask a few managers I know if they are interested. I have some nice guys with good tactical talent in mind...

I'm sure they will be welcomed.
Anyway thansk for all the great work you've done with the U21 team and thanks for not ruining Arthur's career with injuries :-)
