Asunto: [NT] Behmen

Es ist ganz wichtig, dass die DB unabhängig vom NT/U21 Coach existiert. Ein NT-Coach kann dennoch Schaden anrichten, indem er die Spieler einfach löscht.

Ein Backup pro Saison so oder so eingespielt werden. Und auch nicht erst wegen Behmen. Oder wie sieht hier die Praxis aus?

Beim Hosting wird mindestens einmal im Tag ein Backup erstellt und diese werden einige Wochen gelagert. Da kann man wählen, welches eingespielt werden soll. mauser müsste ein, zwei Mails machen und gut ist.

I repeat, for me is impossible.
I have respected always all nations trained Israel NT and under21, Malaysia and Thailand.

Only one user has written all this about me,the community has been very kind.

This is not true. I mean: we are kind, but the communication with you has been terrible or non-existant. You have not received 1 single Thank You on our forum. We are all collectively looking forward to our next coach, and you are very weel aware of that.

We elected You, then You started complaining about how weak our players are. You made very bad decisions tactically - and when some of us dared to ask - constuctively and kindly - "why?" you turned troll. Refused to answer, deleted questions, well, basically acted like a baby.

Our National DB seems to be erased, for players over 22. I am not aware who else but you is able to do it, but since it is what you do with forum posts you don't like and since you just released the entire team in order to make it more difficult for the next coach, at least let's agree that there is a pretty damn good reason to believe it was you. and I think the swiss community should know that.

Back to "The opinion of one user" - You got elected with 11 votes. At least 11 different danish forum users have voiced their concern in our national forum.

Allright, enough. I really just want to warn Switzerland: this guy does NOT have a recommendation from his previous employer, Denmark.

Well, it's up to you to pick your coach :)

I'm not particularily happy to talk bad about another manager in public, but I really do think you need to be warned. Of course it is a nice argument for him to show that he has experience as NT-manager in other countries. I'm just saying: yes, he was manager in Denmark, but he was not any good at it, neither on forum, activity-wise, communication-wise OR as a tactician.

BTW: I am not here in support of other candidates in das Teilnehmerfeld.

But you did this, and don`t understand why.

I`m The next manager for DK., now I need to use a lot off time to update ALL The National Players. :-(

Bin mit Marcodonas meinung ohne wenn und aber.

"also das ist ja nun wirklich überhaupt nicht schwierig! Gehst du mal davon aus, dass wir Winger mit 3x göttlich links haben und Stürmer die auch 3x göttlich sind. MID kannst du mal mit 5x magsich-überirdisch rechnen, ev. etwas weniger VT und hinten doppel-göttlich bis göttlich max. mit anständigen B-Skills. Auf ein paar Skills mehr oder weniger kommt's da auch überhaupt nicht an. Die User interessiert nur, ob du den Gegner (auch jetzt im nachhinein) analysieren kannst und einen Lösungsvorschlag präsentieren kannst, wie man dagegen spielen könnte. Dass es dann funktionieren kann oder eben nicht (engine) ist allen klar! Von einem NT Coach erwarte ich aber, dass er die Taktiken des Gegners studiert und dann Lösungen findet, wie man dagegen spielen möchte!

KONKRETE Lösungsvorschläge würde ich willkommen heissen. Dass diese dann klappen können oder nicht ist uns allen klar!

Der Thread-Eröffner möchte den Thread gelöscht haben. Dem kann ich nicht nachkommen, aber schliessen kann ich ihn, da er seine Kandidatur zurückgezogen hat! Wäre vielleicht gut, wenn wir wieder einen allgmeinen Wahl-Diskussions-Thread hätten?!
