Asunto: [NT] Løs snak

My thoughts go for any DK player/s which can become an asset for the Senior NT. So, keep it up with you training plan and I will be awaiting for them with great enthusiasm.

GK : we have a couple of young lads comeing from behind
DEF : def line looks decent for the future
MID : now here is a little bit tricky, but I hope the tide will turn around
ATT : elmomo has some nice lads in his courtyard, so we should be just fine here

Not only "adaca" he trains in Denmark so you can easily look to the future. We have several committed managers in Denmark who help us, are active when I need information about a player, write back, and help. It will be good, it is certain that there must be several of us not one.

As far as I'm concerned, in a few days I'm doing a senior sale and I'm investing heavily in youth and training. The priority I set for myself is young Danish players. I already have a few in the team, but I will be fishing for the best :)

Well one way to boost the seniors is if less cringe players play on u/21 and more stars get the chance earlier and to repeat myself even more, playing with the same order as in club.

There is a huge difference between only friendlies training and friendlies + u/21, which most players get in the beginning of their career as they are not good enough for sunday matches.....

We are talking possibility of several skill levels here, as it is 70% training contra 100% in the crucial young years

Krzysztof, I know he is not the only one doing this. I am connected with the Danish manager with constant updates to their players.
I was triggering adaca because he has a national debt, so I need his players for the future :)

I know what you mean, I always play the U27 players with the club orders, but when I have to deal with NT official games, I have to sacrifice them unfortunately. Their productiveness is way better when they play their position.

BTW, where do you save your updates from the U21 players? I use sokker asistente, what do you use?

I also admit that Adaca also raises very good juniors, and I thank him for that as well, because he does a good job.

Yes exactly. Im also mostly refering to u/21 friendlies, where I believe playing for future both in regards to which players but also which orders is Crucial.

For instance the last couple of friendlies the u/21 team has played, some players could have had their training boosted this way.

Everyone will always have their own concept and plans for which they are responsible. I think I'm doing the best in the current situation for the Denmark U21 national team. Players 20-19 years old also need training, just at this age because they have a slower training than those players who are 17-18 years old, and you have to help them.

Your thinking may also be good, but you will never be sure who is right. In the first place, the Manager is responsible for the results of the representation. I take care of it as much as I can and I will give even more :)

Yes, but right now we are talking about orders playing with, not age ... for instance some strikers are playing with mid orders in their club, but Att on u/21 which means they lose chance of extra training

Do you have eyes on hegelund and lejbølle? I know they are a bit young for seniors, but 700k and 750k value as 22 with low form and 21 yo with medium form indicates huge potentiale....

I understand you and your advice, as I wrote, every person is different, everyone thinks differently and strives for sukcsu. I know that if you become a U21 manager you will do what you think but there will probably be another who will say that you are doing it wrong, because no one is perfect.

I remember you writing that you sell your youth because you want to win the Danish Championship, so far a long way to the championship, and Clau wants you to give the youth. As you can see, we easily catch on imperfections.

My aim is to offer training boost to U22 and higher age players with extra NT games. Even though rating points are important as well, I tend to mix the two important aspects as to have approximative efficiency.
