Last game was a rematch against Egypt. Bolvig and Nordvig seem a very good duo, they are two of you best young mids. Broder Nørregård was in great form once more and has a great first half scoring four times.

After seven games we are keeping the first place and we need to strengthen our position next week when we meet Canada.

We enjoyed on Saturday a nice friendly against Israel. It has been our second friendly against them in the currnet season, the first encounter ended into a clear victory, a 6-1 win. This time we played a 532 with the pure Danish mid line, Jakobsen - Nordvig - Bolvig, these guys are wonderful and I truly enjoy to see them perform. 22yo Theodor Praah was as well a pleasant surprise scoring again in his 46 minute stay on the field. Final score, 3-0 with an excellent game by our players.

Next game we go back to the qualifiers having a meeting against Nigeria.

Not the best qualifying match, very disappointed with our def line, having 5 defs and receiving 2 goals from Nigeria that is not ok and gives me a lot to think about ahead of the big match against Germany. Buhr missed every shoot this game, I hope the goals will come in the next games.



After the last three games of the group we stand first, the next game is a very important one, a win it will be huge. I hope for the best.

It is hard to express my disappointment for this game against Germany. Dominating the game, having 1-0, 2-0 and being beaten this is hard to accept. Hitting the post two times and having Aage Wichmann sent of in the last 15 minutes sealed our chances. I am sad, but hopeful that we can turn the tide in the last matches and qualify Danmark to the World Cup Finals.

Next important game is against Nederland.

Happy day for Danmark on Saturday. An away game against Nederland which had two options. A win situation which will give direct qualification to the VM or a lost game and a decisive match against Wales into the last round.

But things went our way and after being led 1-0 we came back 1-1 and 1-2. Equalized again and scoring for the win to go direct to the VM.
