Asunto: [NT] Clau_Goool

Hi everyone,

I am Clau_Goool(Rares in real life, traditional Romanian name). I live in the beautiful city of Cluj, the capital of Transylvania, a big region of Romania. I`m playing this game since 2005 and in this time I have spent a lot of time near the Romanian NT, being as well tactical advisor and scouter. It would be an honour to candidate for the position of manager for Danmark NT.

In my NT career I have been the manager of:

- 1 season NT manager of UAE NT
- 2 seasons manager of Nigeria U21 NT
- 6 seasons manager of Cymru NT known as Wales (3rd place, almost qualified to the World Cup)
- 6 seasons manager of Australia NT (3rd place, almost qualified to the World Cup)
- 4 seasons manager of Canada NT (3rd place, almost qualified to the World Cup)
- 3 seasons manager of Sverige (qualified to the World Cup)
- more than 10 seasons of scouting for both Romanian NT and U21 and I am still doing this job(not as much as I used to do, but still helping)

A total of 22 consecutive seasons as National team manager.

My objectives are:

- trying new tactics in the new season, giving playing opportunities for the young players which have less experience with the NT
- trying to improve the NT ranking
- ensuring a weekly up to date database of our NT players
- trying to buy and train players for the Danmark NT as I did for all of the other NT I managed
- strong communication with the Danmark sokker community

I know everyone speaks excellent English in Danmark, but if you would like to express yourselves in Danish, please do, I don`t mind at all. And do not worry, I won`t use google translate to communicate with you guys. I will simply ask someone whom is willing to assist me with the proper translations.

The draw for the qualifying groups to the World Cup has been made today.

Group L

1. Česká republika 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
2. Suomi 0 0 0 0 0-0 0

5. Al Maghrib 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
6. Kenya

Czech Republic(3 seeded in World rankings) and Suomi(23rd seeded in World Rankings) are the main contendors. The Cezchs have a top team which can easily fight for the gold medal. Suomi is not the powerful team they used to be, but they still are a force to be taken into consideration. Underdog New Zealand(63rd seeded) can produce surprises, a team close to 70% mark.

I think Danmark has its chances to qualify.

NT season has finished. A new season is due to start soon.
Until this moment Danmark has played 10 official games and 4 friendly games.

10 official games: 4 wins - 1 draw - 5 losses
4 friendly games: 3 wins - 1 loss

It has been disappointing for us for not qualifying to the Word Cup stages, loosing against Czech Republic and Suomi, the qualified teams.

Next season it is gonna be a season where we can grow in skills and focus on the Danish players with perspectives.

I don't have much of an opinion anymore. Lost track of who our best guys are. So I guess it's best to not interfere with your work.

This season I played mostly with U27 generation. We lack players in each department, we do not have a first class Gk, low track of defs or mids with second skills higher than formidable.

I hope the U27 players which we have right now will grow better into the future.

Today a new election for the National team has place. This season was a friendly season, mainly I tried to play as many under age games as to give extra trainings to our younger players.

Next season is a qualifying season to the World Cup. So we have to use our best guns.
