Who training ATT and DEFF?

I'm sure we have better striker-prospects than Kristoffer Damgaard. I have a 22-year old whose skills will equal or surpass Damgaard's in just a season's time, and I'd be surprised if there weren't even better strikers out there :o)

I also really hope we have better defenders than Skjødt, as his pace is quite bad for his age...

unfortunately there are very few better defenders than the one in tl in u21. as I said, you train almost all atts and I'm forced to play attackers as defenders.
I'll try to buy the attacker in TL

Well, since pace training always comes first (at least for my youngsters), I don't think it makes that much of a difference concerning U21, unless starting age/talent is ideal, of course. For example, Thyrring only ended his pace training 5 weeks ago, so even if I wanted to continue with defense training after that instead of striker training, it wouldn't have mattered much.

You also have to take into account each club's philosophy and individuel wishes concerning training. Even though we can train different things now, it might still be a hassle for some to adjust the training of a whole formation because of a single player. Having said that, I think it's excellent that you let the community know what is needed. Some might be intrigued by the idea of training a national player, and some might've imagined this was out of their reach by thinking the requirements were bigger than they actually are.

I've been a striker trainer during all my years here, but I'm "softening" up a bit now. I've even decided to make Stegger a defender ;o)

Stegger could also become an excellent defensive midfielder in an excellent future.
It's clear that we all have training goals for our club here. I myself coach def and att, but now that we can do split training, if we want to grow the Danish community, to enter the big teams we must unite and build a strong squad with what comes out of your youth teams.
Like shows us this in full, with his Moldova, very few users but united in shared training and the right amount of time, he has built a very strong national team that even fought for the world cup.

In Italy I am happy to participate in competitions that take place during the season where the youngsters who take the most shots win the prize of appearances in the U21 national team or seniors in friendly matches.
I work fully for the national team and have brought several players to wear the blue shirt. I currently have the starting goalkeeper for the u21s (20 years old) and other defenders who will join the senior team shortly.
I bought a seventeen year old Danish midfielder who I am training as a midfielder and I hope to find other players of yours to develop. I strongly believe in your national team and your community and we must work towards a common project. In the past I did the same thing with Nicaragua and managed to go to the World Cup by drawing with Germany and Romania.

You say right, in the future we can planing what users want to train to U-21 and NT, is two diferent sistem of training.
For u-21 is very important pace, but defenders need deff, in my vision:
Def - 20y with 15def and 10pace is better then 15pace and 10def. Same is in GK.

But with strikers and midd is mode different:
Striker - 20y is better with 12pace, 10 the and 12 striker then 10 pace, 12teh and 12 striker

So we need to discuss and try to do plaiers better.
What NT players, we need users who training players until 29y.
For example we training moldavian players at 28y and 29y if is the reason, and yes they upgrade the skills very low…but is very important for NT.
