I said to loop that Pöllinger would be the only option on the wing. And yes, you are right, his pace would be too low...

But I don`t want to talk bad about our U-21 team, there are great players and it makes a lot of fun to see them play :)

I see only Betzmann, who is fast enough (excellent+2) and has enough technique (a bit short from incredible).
Pöllinger is still too slow.
Both have far too low passing as well for the wing (formidable and outstanding)...

I`m really happy with Brammers performances, he is important for our defence.

I remember when people here told me that he has absolutely no chance to ever play for NT after I pulled Brammer from school :)

The time that he shoots every ball behind the cornerline is also gone :), he needs to improve a lot on certain areas though. I think the defense of Austria as a whole was not bad today. They won most of the duels and against a big country as Spain that's really nice.

Yes, thats true, the defence was good. Not perfect, but ok ;)

Really? There I wasn`t coach already ;) But this is the nice thing in sokker, you never know what a player becomes...

- has only trained one week stamina in three years (had already a good level of stamina I think), so he hasn't lost training there. He has never been injured and has a great (3,66 in YS) talent... If you put that together with my trainers (all unearthly headcoach and three brilliant ass.) it can go fast :)

Or maybe other candidates failed, also possible... The problem is that there can happen a lot with talents... Defs who are trained as Mids, injuries, teams who quit, ...

Thing is that there were about no other 18y old talented def trainees pulled that season and with your coaches his b-skills also had randoms.
Still not top b-skills, but for u21 one has to give priority to A-skills.

I watched todays U21 game of Israel and Hungaria.
Hungaria must have all magical+ u21 defs.
The overall rating and the way the wing back took away the ball from behind toledo (outstaning+ tech) has impressed me...
You know when a def has much higher def skill than the player with the ball?
The player with the ball stops running even if def is many metres away.
This happened to Toledo all the time against his DEF.
I wished I has such defenders :)

Oh, something else I find quite nice and tells me that I did something good:
4 out of 11 U21 players who played the starting line-up against spain today are pulled out of my own youth school :)

Thats a great number... Really impressive, 4 out of 11 is crazy :)

Our defenders are also really strong, but we have problems in the middfield and the attack...

It's a shame as I already said before.
We have to play a striker with good pace...
Other similar sized nations have 10 strikers with more skill points :(
Scoring goals with our U21 team is the hardest job one can have :P
