of course there is the posibility players to have missed from our attention but i think many filters work from all of us and may be a very small number, in any case every improvement is welcome and it will be my pleasure to participate

thank you for your efforts, this sounds really like we won't lose any player; the number of filters everybody has seems to be sufficient, I just was not aware of the investigations you perform. Anyway, I will store the MIDs and GKs in my favorites.

I have now contacted to all managers whose players in the NT-DB are between 22 and 30 years old

I had already sent messages from previous week to all 22+ players from not DACH onwers, as we do the procedure each season
if we have to do something different please let us know first, because I'm getting ready to do it again to those who didn't respond

we should try a coordinated approach, i am sorry, my intention was never to confuse anyone, I was just worried about our players aged 22+ or those who were sold in their early ages respectively.

If you want to use the list posted by Batto, then please consider following facts:
- Wage changes once a season and depends on skills and on form.
- Value depends also on skills and form and changes every Monday and Thursday.

- You can neutralise form and get an index-value (the value of a player, if his form would be 9), by implementing on your excel the following formula:
=X2/((((Y2+9)/9)+1)/3)

X2 stands for the cell of value
Y2 stands for the cell of form

- By choosing indexed value to evaluate players, you have a way to evaluate every week the players. This is how I know if players get individual training or not. ;P
