I made two mistakes - one was put Froch on wing because he is striker and second when i choosen attack order for him. Roy which was on striker postion got mid order. I did not look exactly when i choose order for players.

I have some thoughts If think right i should
- put wingers in the same line with def
- striker should be set on offside position and close to winger
- MC should move max to half to opponent half

hmm
I will imporve this tactic but during next match i will use tactic 431(wing)2.

I need to attack because i have very poor def players. :)

i have hope that bad luck will leave us during qualification :)

3 chances for goal but our the best striker was stopped

and finally

i got red card in next match - after this card right side of our defensive was opened as highway

Maybe we still have lucky :)
We draw with Swiss yesterday and today we found out our oponents in qualification

We have chance but we have to focus on develop of our players

I am so sorry that I didn't write but I just finished my vacation with my family :)

At the beginning I would like to thank you for the votes and the possibility of further cooperation with you

we have a nice group - 12 matches each will be important

I will fight for the second qualification in a row - Danmark , Bulgaria and al-Jazā’ir will be our rivals but Salvador and Jamaica also can make suprise

We don't have such good players like in last qualification but we will not lay down our arms

I knew that our opponent will be play high defensive so i wanted to catch him by forward pass when his defensor will stay back

and it worked :) after that pass we shooted goal on 1 :1

but penalty in the end of match gave Bulgaria winning goal

i modified tactic and i changed position of few players after this activities i can said that we deserved draw :P

It was first qroup match after which I know that we will fight for second position with Danmark

Next match with Salvadore - it will be match which show us our potential

I was a bit surprised that the apparently best Austrian striker had to play through as a midfielder. It was also surprising that Max made the assist of all things, but otherwise he remained pretty "pale" in his position. Did you also come to this impression?

Not bad for me, since I'm still training technique. But was that the best option for Austria? That can be debated. After all, the qualification is doable, but "we" shouldn't lose any more points.

Slamtam, after your opinion i little bit change mid role of Max - behind strikers and he shooted goal :) i also know he is not typical mid but Austria does not have a lot of option.

We have one very good mid and 3 which make difference with easy teams. I was put Max In mid because he has high level of technic.

The yesterday result with Guatemala ( 5:0) is impresive but In my opinion Austria still has big issue with youth trening

If we want be like Crna Gora we should start thinking about future now. I know that not all Austrian Users will join to this project - but 7 person which will train 3-4 young players on different position give a lot of option for u21


Conclusion: when i look and check Austrian users teams sometimes i see that i have more young Austrian players In my squad then some of users

Maybe i should not write such things but after 3 seasons i have some observation which i want to share with you

I am with you, the reason i can‘t do that is that my trainees are 24-26 of age, i will continue training them.

When this generation is over, i will start anew with youngsters, preferentially Austrians; for the time being I have linimayer (and recently heizinger); but that‘s quite a challenge to include 17y olds in a 24y generation, especially when chasing results; i‘ll try my best to contribute at least one guy but that‘s all i can do for the moment

I want to tell about big hole which i see - i also check transfer market and players put there are not good for training which show that we also have bad luck with youth academy
