Sorry i tried to win today - i thinking choose right tactic and i fit to this tactic the best players that we had

Draw with Colombia is good result but we should won

We had A lot of chance but we did not shoot goal

We had three chance In last 2 minutes but……. ;(

Red card was turn point In this match .maybe if we played in eleven we could shoot goal

Positive thing we have very strong u19 generation

I want also conclused whole season

We won all matches that we should won

I started to give chance u19 players In first eleven
I think it was my best season as Austria 21 coach

And finaly i would like to ask you about next year - do you still see me as coach ?

this season will be interesting - introducing a new training system and, as we may have noticed, we're playing with top-tier teams.

Good match against Serbia - few chances but unfortunately the forwards still have to train their shots a bit :)

We Lost 2:0 but i think it was bery interesting match . The tactic was not Lost a lot of goals and it worked to 60 minutes of the match.

The worst think which happend to me was injury of our key def


At next week we are going to start Mammia cup and first opponent will be Fornado :), it will be hard match but we will fight

Lietuva U21 - : - Österreich U21

today i will use experimental tactic, as well as some players will play in unusual positions.
Youth trainings go reluctantly, which is why from now on I am starting to set the players in terms of their parameters in a given position (Tauss was keeper in last match but today he will become striker :) )

Another lost and our journey In Mammia cup come to the end.
We played with Very strong team and i was suprised that we were able to shooted goal :) - owngoal but goal

We tried something new , i verified how players made decision on their position and we are waiting for another match

i'm not sure if it is good to have 3 players in the front row when we are the weaker team, it seems the defmid was not too strong. but it's always worth a try and you have to try out somewhen

I was sure that he will play 5 In def so i tried to made goal chance by broke their def line.

We have some lack of good players In attack and keeper.

I also change tactic because i started use one or two tactics

I am proud that i am trainer of country which has 2 teams In club championship but i am sad that our clubs do not trainer minimum two young players for u21.

My opponent used during match u21 players - Yes i Lose, maybe i should block middle of field but the worst is that i dont observed training progress for key players

Maybe new training mode will give new Opportunity to give u21 new fresh blood

At this moment i am training 6 Austrian players which dont stop me to achive good club results

So come on - give chance u21 to come on top
