Asunto: [U21] Ära Batto II

My opponent used during match u21 players - Yes i Lose, maybe i should block middle of field but the worst is that i dont observed training progress for key players

Maybe new training mode will give new Opportunity to give u21 new fresh blood

At this moment i am training 6 Austrian players which dont stop me to achive good club results

So come on - give chance u21 to come on top

Every week I wait for the u21 match
During week i tried think, combinate and try to Creat optimal squad.

The match day is coming your are watching match and you see that you are better team - and than you change tactic and you lost two goals

I am irritiated but i will develop strategy with 5 defs and one striker

i would also agree with a 5 def tactic, especially in U21 the differences to the other team's players can be enormous. small countries rarely have a good def, a good midfiels and good strikers so they must rather rely on a mass of defs and i remember when i was U21 coach there were not too many top defs available, i had to play with defs that looked like 12/15 or 13/13. so better use one more.

We had goals chance but strikers still need learn a lot - how we can win if we dont shoot goals ;(

Next week and next heartache after losing.

Good point - maybe i found tactic fit for us and i develop it next match

I ma still waiting for match which show that our players are ready for qualification

I want to apologize for not put comment after match but yesterday it was crazy day for me

I think we was equal or little better team but if the best striker (base on NTDB) did not shoot penatly or he wasted 3 one on one action i am not able to win

But i proud that our young keeper develop so fast - but if we look that 18 years old keeper at level 11 is our key player we have to look on u21 training strategy - this is last bell

new training system should help with keeper training, so that more young ones will be kept in training

i agree, i think i am going to train a gk as well once i start over with a young team, i will promote an Austrian gk if possible, same is true for strikers

Jep, agree. Think that there will be a lot of divine gk going forward.

I see In my club that the new training system change a lot. Austrian players get the training on this what they need.

First match and first win :) we were better team and we shown this by shooted 3 goals.

But next match will be much harder

By the way i will visit Vienna on Monday - i will be only 30 minutes on AirPort but i will meet with key players which are playing In Austria league ;)

Yes :) i am going to Bologna to Marchesini factor to performed tests for two machines which my company bought :)

First half was good - i thought that we could made suprise

Second half - we had two chances for goals but brazilian keeper is top player

Two shooted of brazilian strikers should be saved if our keeper was better
