Guys! How are the trainees going? Anyone wants to make a plan for the future? I have some interesting thoughts in my head but i need your support… maybe you guys don’t care about it and it’s fine, but i think we can make a good plan if we make a little effort

actually my proposal is quite simple: TO make a competitive WC squad: How do i think we can make a competitive WC squad?
well at least we need:
-2gks with 17-18gk and 10-11 pace (probably is better to have 3 but with 2 is fine)
-AT least 6 defenders with high pace/def (13 or 14 in both, they will be better ones than others because of sideskills but that is normal, i don´t pretend to have a poland squad) maybe we an train 1-2 with a little less pace/def but more pm/passing tech.
Until here is quite simple, we can buy a gk an give him gk in long term, he will reach the requirements at the moment the WC starts. with defs more of the same, the problem starts in the midfield cause is where we have to train 4 or 5 skills tryng to reach optimal skills for u21.
IMO we need:
1-2 mids with high defense (at least 11) he doesn´t need to be super fast but always pace is better high:) in my mind something with 50-55 mid ss (it is ultra reasonable, and i think is a challenge but with hard training easy to make)

and then we switch to atts, i want to make a point clear and is that i am making all this plan to the wc because qualifiers are next seasson, and there is no point on training or buying now a 20yo because i allready know the prospects and there will no be better ones than them, but training 2 seassons on a 19 guy (this one and the other one) we can achieve some goals on the plan i am saying, of course is easy if we plan to the other WC (guys that now have 17 yo) because there is a lot of time yet. i also know that maybe there aren´t a lot of 19yo prospects to train but i know that with 1-2 training spots cover on austria youngs (even if they are not great) we can achieve good things!
the atts is quite simple too, i always said that i preffer high pace/tech than striker cause if you have 17 striker but no pace/tech you will not shoot in all the game, but with really high pace/tech(14/14) you can make the difference 1000% even if you then have 7-8 in striker. so my plan is maybe to build a team with 6 strikers with differentt profiles:

how many spots we have available to make this plan reallity?
at the moment i have one so i will make a list and it would be nice if everyone writes themselves with the spots they have and what they would like to train, even if there is 0.

pd: Adding some more facts to the plan, the idea is that everything to be connected, what do i mean with this? i mean if we want 2gks to the wc, and 4-5 of us buy a gk to train then we are failing, maybe a team with not a lot of money can buy some positions were is cheaper, for example gk or a def with no secundaries, if we can be organized and everybody trains 1-2 youngs, even if we are 5-6 of us we are gonna build an strong starting XI, because there is also good prospects training in another countries, so i am confident we can make it.
pd2: another question, is any promising pull in this weeks? maybe we can pull a messi from ys this weeks :)

I could hope for a harmless looking guy I buy that turns out to be Messi of the year with his talent. Not very likely. Next option: praying for a youth school trainee, which seems to be the most likely option and in fact I chose that. my best prospects are:
