Asunto: [u21] Candidature`s info: La Paternal!

well I am ready to take part in your plan:

Spots to train Austrian youngs:
-La Paternal: 1 (i would like to train a mid or an att, probably a mid with high pm and passing cause there are a lot of atts prospects but no mids)
-FC Edelstahl: as many youngsters as possible, but not for all the money I have since sokker sucks more than anything has ever sucked before

so my plan is to find Austrian trainees but how to find them? as soon as one seems talented in any way those idiots pay 10mEUR+ for him, I am not ready to do so these days. I could hope for a harmless looking guy I buy that turns out to be Messi of the year with his talent. Not very likely. Next option: praying for a youth school trainee, which seems to be the most likely option and in fact I chose that. my best prospects are:

they look quite ok at first sight, but the final ones will graduate in two season's time, that is quite a long time. I guess the most crucial part is to have them all in the right age. I don't know when I will have 10 Austrian trainees worth training. and then one could be 16 and some already 20. and probably I can't decide that they are all going to be strikers or defs or whatever. I will have to train them according to their starting skills. what a poor situation.

the goalkeeper I trained for the last 4 weeks turned out to be a deaf nut. 4 weeks lost, no effort, starting over from zero. I can't believe my own words, I will try how this weak guy performs in striker training:

Why you are using always the same players, players with no form, and you don't use the best players?

I think It was big mistake skyland1 exit(i never agreed with that) who worked well with our U21 players .This coach doesnt care about talented players progress and that will cost to the future.You make the wrong coice

Ja, da hat drunkenmaster Recht. Österreich U21 hat immer mit der gleichen Taktik gespielt, mit gleicher Aufstellung. Das ist keine gute Entwicklung... Komisch, dass der aktuelle U21-Coach keine Stellung nimmt.

Kein Wunder da er seit 18.05.2023 nicht mehr online ist.
Warum solch ein Manager sich als (U21-)Coach noch wählen lässt ist mir schleierhaft.

Hi guys, I want to change U21 in Austria to stand a chance against the best teams in International ranking. The current manager is inactive, his tactics are not well developed and he is not changing play-style according to the enemy teams he play. I myself have a team of youngsters and I believe I know what it takes to create a well-suited tactic to dominate in this category. I'm also very active and can take criticism to improve anything that can be improved. In case of any questions, don't hesitate to ask me - oh and also, although I know a little bit of German, I'll still use translator to make sure you understand everything clearly.

Der derzeitige Trainer ist inaktiv, seine Taktik ist nicht gut entwickelt und er ändert seinen Spielstil nicht entsprechend der gegnerischen Mannschaften, gegen die er spielt.
