Congratulations also to you...its a big result for Australia ;) I remember you when I was a coach of u21 team...you are very good coach...your victory against Turkey was outstanding!!!

Now I've shown you what the Aus u21 team can do, you'll have to try to return and see if you can beat my achievement with them :) ... or at least get us out of the qualification stage hehe

Currently the most successful Australian (senior or u21) coach ever. (I think with today's win, you end up being that for Austria as well).

Smaller nations really to give a sense of humility and a drive to see how much better you can do against other coaches with much better resources at hand

Whatever; i used to be NT coach and I also tried confusing opponents by using the same tactic and amending it continiously. If the one before was better it was lost; you proved yourself being a good coach but it would do good being open to criticism as well
