I very much like to do tactics , well my abilities are most important enough universal and I am not limiting myself at for her doing to the same schemes.

not too good plans, in my oppinion... you should tell more, exemplify...

* world ranking is not that improtant for the moment. Ok, it's good to see the country in a good place, but more improtant is training players, growing users and helping them.
* commentaries? It's nice, but i think every Nt coach does this...
* ok, one good point, helping users...all 19 of them?
* competitions? what kind of copmetitions?
* how?

I can tell from my experience, for small countries the most important thing is to have users! Many users! This way, there will be more players, there will be more juniors, there will be more talk on forum. this is important, this way a country can grow further, not by competitions and world ranking.

This is my point of view, and it's better for you if you consider your future, not your present.

During my term of office the number of users doubled... you probably mistook choices , these are choices to the coach rather than to the SK promoter in Crna Gora... here tactical abilities are counting and of vision of the game and objective choosing squad... of promoting footballers and good relations with users...

of course...that's what a NT coach means: tactics, players, community. On tactics i'm pretty good and I will also have good assistans. Players, there should be more...this can be done by scouting and by growing the number of users. Community - I was mod, so good relation with community is a must for me :)

BUT I still think the future NT coach should attract more users! It's a vital part in Crna Gora's developing!

In tactics you aren't good but limited... You play standart 4-4-2 ...

Standard 442 is the tactic FROM HERE, called 442 at Default tactics! That's the standard 442! You're saying that the tactic from there is the same with the tactic I used??

You're narrow tactic...You're last 5-6 matches were played with only 2 tactics, while i used 5 different tactics! I edit my tactic before and after every match! You don't have a clue about tactis, by saying that I play standard 442...

you are buying competitors under taktyke and there is in NT this way no...and you won't exploit the potential of this country...

you don't speak english very well and i don't understand...I'm sorry for you, but you don't know more than me about sokker.
