Asunto: [NT U-21 Deddebuo]

Hi! My name is Deddebuo

I have been playing sokker from 2006-01-27.
My team Superkazzulaprenaturata plays in italian IV division.
I'm hoping that everyone will give me the honour of being the u-21 manager of Crna Gora because i have a great idea...grow with all Crna Gora managers.
The project will be long and hard but we can realize it.
I can assure you all now though, that the u-21 team will have my full attention if i get elected.
If I get elected i would like to introduce scouts and I’d like that some Crna Gora managers work in my staff.
This is my Dream...please help me and collaborate with me!!!

My Goals:

* Play offensive football.
I prefer offensive tactics, I want play with 3-4-3 and line up 3 defenders with 2 midfields, 1 playmaker, 2 wingers and 2 attackers.
I think that we mustn’t have fear we must generate respect.
I prefer loose scoring that loose without shooting.

*Win matches with minor nations U-21...we can't loose with Ghana!!!!!

* Win same matches and gain the respect of every nation and try to qualify.

* Help 16y and 17y to increase.

* Help the people in forums.
Also keep the forum's active and keep the general community involved and interested, in what's going on in the u-21 team and in every other problem.

Credo che saresti una scielta perfeta per la squadra U21!!!

I hope to be new U-21 national coach....and I want collaborate with every managers who have junior school and train young players.....:-)

I think that Crna Gora U21 should be in 40 place in ranking...and with a lucky draw we can try to go to U21 world cup.....
