Hello everyone from Crna Gora. I would like to be the new coach of the youth-team from this country. I think I can make some good developments in this team, so this team can get better results. I hope that you all vote for me.

yes, so? I had made a mistake and I learned from it. I already work for the NT from the Netherlands, so I know what to do. :)
