Yesterday Ciro gave me the possibility to manage the team: I chose the tactics and the players. But if you go to the NT list, there are no more players aged 31 and 33. We have decided to remove those players who, even if they are still strong, can no longer improve, indeed they will certainly get worse. As for yesterday's game, I don't think the result is important but the training that the players have taken. Then if we look at the statistics, we see that the team has played in 10 for more than a time. The winger was missing, which is very important in the chosen tactic. But, of course, when you lose, it's fair to criticize.

Montenegrin friends good morning! In today's friendly against Israel my friend Ciro gave me the possibility to choose the formation to play. I therefore decided to try new young players to plan the future of this team. If you have noticed, the average age of ours was 24.84 against 28.14 for the Israelites. Tactical argument: there are also new experiments in progress on tactics ... today we tried an extremely closed tactic, with 6 players on the defensive line, 2 midfielders ready for counterattacks and 2 forwards. The result looks good to us. You can see that 9 times our opponents have fallen in our out of the game ... But also in attack we behaved very well with 9 shots against 6 of the opponents. Overall we can say that Ciro and I are committed to building a great future for this national team! We ask you for the utmost cooperation and patience! Keep following us because the dream that is happening in the U21 can also be realized with the senior national team!
