I wish you success in the World Cup. Good job so far, but I have one small criticism. You also have to think about the future of Grna Gora. It's been 5 empty weeks for Grna Gora. However, you have the chance to increase your tactical discipline by playing with young players. The goal should not just be to save the day, but to build the team in the future.

A few weeks ago, when I found out that Montenegro weren't playing any friendly matches during a World Cup qualifying break, I took an afternoon and went looking for the promising young Montenegrins out there who deserve to be watched and looked after during training with owners. I tell you that I was impressed: there are many talents who will be the future of the team. But they must already be inserted now. Friendlies are needed for this very reason !!! And the current Coach is wasting them unnecessarily. So I tell you that I already have a new database compared to the roster of players already in NT.

Anyway world cup and qualifications is the most important think, other tournaments or friendlies is an addition, I don’t believe in any plans, buliding the future etc. Sokker is easy, put the best players and create the best tactis as possible, that’s it :)

Plans for future? Sry but when I’m looking on candidates for u21 polish NT i see the same, thousands post about the future, plans, long term plans and you know why? They do this because they have nothing avhieved so far and they cannot create good tactic so they tell the beautiful stories

Sokker is not the real football, example in real world when the team play for a long time then the cooparation is better, in sokker they can play 100 friendlies together and then they change the club and it causes they cannot play together (player’s discipline is connected to the clubs, not NT), sry but I do not buy this beautiful stories, I’m not good at english so i’m not sure I said everything clear

Secondly I need to be fait to those managers, because I know they need their players to achive good result and to avoid injury in NT games.

I asked his manager for skills and I got no reaponse. Does the manager want him to play in NT friendlies? Respond yourself. Why you want to force him to do this? You think you know what would be better fot the player than his manager?

Sokker is only a game, people have their own goals and want to achieve good results in their clubs, i do now want to destroy their games having me fun.

If the community want you to be NT coach then I’m ok with it, no problem, as i said, this is only the game and I want people to have the game and fun.
