Really? I think it's obvious people send weak players because promotion to NT increases their value, don't worry, I get lots of mails with weak players woithout asking;) The problem is with top players;)

Good evening everyone. I took a look at the latest games played, one official and one friendly. In the official match, the players who participated were these ages: 24, 31, 32, 32, 31, 29, 32, 30, 28, 26, 27. I recognized players we used when Ciro Marchesi was there ... but then they were young talents. In the game of 19/3 the age has dropped: 24, 23, 25, 25, 27, 24, 25, 25, 27, 24, 26 but it is not clear if there is a logic behind it since you choose players from 23 to 27 years old. In my personal opinion, it is not clear if you have the knowledge of available and trainable players. And maybe you don't even care to know since your ultimate goal is to win and therefore you will win even with 32-year-old players. If you do not win, you will say goodbye to everyone and leave a situation to be refounded because you have not thought about building a future! So, I ask you if you know these players that I instead went to look for, obviously taking some time:

Instead of this please read the rules or read what devs told:
70-80% training is a league, then is club friendly games, then little impact NT games
The risk of injury is the same in league match, friendlies and NT games.
Comparing to league matches little bonus for training, but the same risk.
Players chemistry/ tactic discipline mostly depends on clubs.
Regarding to the pleayers you shared, really good database you have, really unknow players, most of them or even all played/plays for NT, how did you find them?

Sorry it's only the game, the discussion is wasting the time, my answer is in rules, not in beautiful stories. If community wants you for me it's no problem, I can not guarantee hundreds posts on forum with stories, friendlies every weak (but only U27 European cup and WC and some firendlies probably) and I'm telling it now. The only think that I'm discussing is reading the rules of this game and that's it.

I repeat, It's only a game and I have fun winning even one match on WC especially when all teams in a group are better.

Plans for future? Sry but when I’m looking on candidates for u21 polish NT i see the same, thousands post about the future, plans, long term plans and you know why? They do this because they have nothing avhieved so far and they cannot create good tactic so they tell the beautiful stories
